Apartment of approximately 85 m2, very well located, beautifully furnished, ready to use, with two bedrooms, one suite, kitchen, living room, balcony and service area in a nice and well maintained building with security (surveillance cameras and doorman 24 hours. Pool, game room / play ground. A parking space. Condominium with service in Praia do Tombo.
The double suite is large and has a bed and good closets. The other bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a bunk bed. There are two extra mattresses for emergency visits.
It has bathroom and suite.
The living room has LED TV with signal cable TV and WI-FI, table for 6 people and cupboard.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave, dishes cookware, cutlery, glasses and other utensils.
The service area has a clothes tank. With washing machine.
It has a balcony with table and four chairs.
The building is well maintained with attentive staff. The place is privileged. allows to go to the beaches of the tombo and Asturias in a fast walk of approximately 100 meters.
The condominium offers beach service at Tombo beach, at weekends, holidays and school vacation seasons (summer and winter).
We do not accept dogs.

MAGNÍFICO

Perfeito, tudo como descrito no anúncio e muito mais, anfitriã super atenciosa, boa localização, por mais que estivéssemos num ambiente praiano, tínhamos também na sacada a vista de uma parte da serra da galheta, que pela manhã se pode ouvir o canto dos passaros, magnifico, eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa literalmente.
