This beautiful marina is situated at the seaside resort of Lagos, a picturesque town along the south western coast of the Algarve full of tradition with a vast history dating back to the days of the great discoveries when the Portuguese set out in their caravels to discover new continents. There is a wide choice of lovely beaches with golden sand stretching from Lagos right along the coastline to Sagres.

The apartment situated on the second floor, consists of one bedroom with twin beds, full bathroom, well equipped spacious kitchen, lounge/dining room and sliding doors opening out onto the balcony waterfront at the boats of the marina. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which is suitable for two persons. All furnishings are of good quality.

Golf: Many site to practice golf.

Meia Praia Palmares Golf at 800 m from the apartment,with beautiful view over the sea and land.

Kite surf and windsurf: Good spot of kite surfing in Alvor bay,and the beach of Meia Praia.

Quiet, clean, nice outlook

A nice, quiet apartment, clean and well presented. The old TV in the photos has been replaced by something flat and big, and there are channels in English, French, German and local.

Comfortable bed, well set up kitchen with the basics and equipment as described. Nice big, west facing balcony that gets the evening sun and has a lovely outlook. Good facilities nearby including a big supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. Would suit elderly or infirm provided you can either make it up about 6 steps from front door to the lift, or have the garage fob, where there’s level lift access.

There were a few small niggles:

The batteries in remote for air-con were totally flat and air-con wouldn’t work manually;

There was no information on how to access the “Internet access” the detail say is available;

There were no dishwasher tablets, and no instructions in English for any of the machines;

There were no spare rubbish bags and no information about where to put/take rubbish and recycling.

Nothing major and we could buy batteries, dishwasher tablet, rubbish bags - but we didn't expect to have to. If you advertise a flat on English sites, customers will expect info about how to use the flat in English, and while the very nice and accommodating lady who showed us in had excellent French, she no English.

Owner's Response: Les sacs poubelles,produit lave vaisselle et lave linge ,savon et autres consommables sont a la charge du client,il y a des produits de démonstration pour vous aider dans vos choix,un supermarché se trouve à 2mn à pieds.les poubelles sont communes et se trouve devant l'appartement ,elles sont à trie sélectifs et des panneaux à language universelle représentant des bouteilles pour le verre,des cartons pour du papier,etc. En cas de besoin ou de doute une gouvernante est là pour répondre à vos questions et vous aider. Bin liners, produced wash dishes(crockery) and washing machine, soap and other consumables are has the load(responsibility) of the customer, there are products of demonstration to help you in your choices, a supermarket is in 2mn in pieds.les trash cans are common and is in front of the apartment, they are in sort out selective and panels(signs) in language universal representing bottles for the glass, the cardboards(boxes) for some paper, etc. If necessary or of doubt a governess is there to answer your questions and help you

Beautiful and bright luxury apartment situated on the attractive marina de Lagos. The apartment situated on the second floor with access by elevator, has 1 bedroom with 2 single bed and 1 sofa bed for two person in the living room. It has a kitchen well equipped, a large dining room. The spacious living room is equipped with TV sat, finished with patio doors leading to a terrace area, suitable for sunbathing and which overlooks the swimming pool and the beautiful boats.
