Villa Myrtia, a modern villa in Peyia with private pool & free Wi-Fi

Villa Myrtia is located in an ideal spot for exploring this part of Cyprus or for just relaxing. It is a modern villa with its own private pool. The front of the property offers views of the surrounding mountains whilst the rear offers some sea views. The property is located in an ideal location for exploring the local coastline together with easy access to inland mountain areas. The centre of Peyia village is about 1.5km away and the beach of Coral bay about 5km away. The area is very quiet and will suit those looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday. However the more lively resort of Coral Bay centre is only a 5 minute drive away. The pool area is facing due south and attracts a lot of sunshine all afternoon with lovely sunsets over the edge of the mountains.

Please note air-conditioning to the bedrooms is included in the rates. We also have a large A/C unit in the lounge capable cooling the entire ground floor which is extra at £16 per night. This is optional and can be requested if you wish when completing our booking form.

Additional Information: Towels are provided but these are not for pool or beach use.
On arrival, villa is available after 4.00pm. On day of departure villa needs to be vacated by 11.00am. If you have a late flight home we have found a local hotel which allows use of their facilities, showers, pool, lockers etc and luggage storage at very reasonable prices for your final day.

Brilliant Villa

Would highly recommend this villa. Large kitchen,dining and living room area. 2 large bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space, air con and door leading out onto a joint baloncy with seating area and a good sized twin room with lots of storage space too. 3 bathrooms so no arguments from kids when needing toilet or shower. Pool is large and very well maintained. We speant alot of time in the pool, the sun covers the garden and pool area from around 11am until early evening which was great. Short drive to coral bay, paphos zoo, peyia town. Lots of places to eat, supermarket down the road. Multiple different beaches all within reach of the villa. Easy drive to and from the airport. This villa hit all boxes for our family. The owners were great with contact and made sure we was ok. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay where you can access lots of different restaurants, beaches and not too far from central paphos then this is the villa to hire. Would definitely book again.

What a great holiday!! The villa was lovely very clean and well looked after, great size rooms with a lovely open plan downstair. The pool was perfect, great temperature to cool down in. The local area had everything you need from restaurants/beaches and plenty to see and do. The host's Jayne and Peter were great with communication from directions on how to get there to checking in to make sure you arrived safely. Hope to visit again soon Many thanks Gavin and Hannah

Peyia perfect

Everything about out stay was perfect. I would agree with others car essential. No improvement necessary. Luxury of heated pool and hot tub would be nice😂
