This home has the convenient location and is comfortably designed to make your orlando vacation truly memorable and fantastic. Approximately 15-20 miles from Disney theme park entrance. Approx. 20-25 miles from Universal Studios/Sea World. Conveniently located 1/4 mile off rt. 192 near countless restaurants and shopping opportunities as well as 15 minutes from The Loop Shopping Center and Gatorland.

This home can sleep up to 6-8 people. New Queen in master bedroom, full bed in second bedroom, and 2 twins in the children's themed bedroom. TV's in master and twin bedrooms. Covered patio off master br. Master bath has tiled stand up shower guest bath has a tub with granite vanity. Upgraded kitchen includes new cabinets, appliances, double bowl sink and granite countertops. Spacious open area easily accommodate dining and living room space. Sun filled living room includes 2 sofas (as seen in the pictures), flat screen tv/dvd and Wifi. Full size washer/dryer within unit.

Review

While this property well situated near shopping districts and travel connections, the house itself requires some major upgrades, appliances are dated and did not work great - if you are planning on eating out then it may not be a problem, but as we are avid cooks this was less than ideal. Moreover, the kitchen was missing many items needed to cook, there was no BBQ and it made enjoying the property more difficult. The house requires a reorganization and deep clean, as we found that the cabinets, pots and pans and floors were not the cleanest when we arrived. No cleaning services was provided during our stay (we were there for a month), and we were advised to provide our own cleaning supply, which I think contributes to the overall cleanliness issue. In general, the property needs some TLC as lighting, bathroom fixtures, and paint could be updated.

The stay in general was pleasant. The pictures were accurate. only down side TV in children's room wasn't usable as the cable didn't work but didn't really miss it

Kids bday vacation

The host was extremely accommodating and the all the park only took around 20 minutes to get to. From Universal to Sea World and Disney. The area of the house is nice and convenient and the property itself is nice. My family and I would stay here again.

Comfy and spacious!

Property is as described. Owners thought of everything guests might need!! Just a heads-up - it took us a second to realize we needed to manually open the garage door. Not a problem, just something to be aware of. Loved the neighborhood - convenient to plenty of restaurants and walmart - and it was very quiet. Great place for a family to stay!

Good place to stay

Check in was easy, place was nice and clean! We all enjoyed the pool, but would have been nice to have the option to have it heated as it was pretty chilly. But overall it was a great place to stay for us!
