The dining room is set with amazing décor and a rare Guanacaste table the seats up to 9 guests. The living room has two sofas, chairs and a flat screen TV. You may be watching TV or be in the kitchen and safely watch the kids play in the swimming pool. The laundry room is in the hallway next to the large staircase and high ceiling that leads to the second floor and two other ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom is located downstairs, with a king size bed, flat screen TV and a very spacious bathroom. The room has it's own private patio and direct access to the pool. On the second floor you will find another large bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, closet, flat screen TV and two large patio doors, the third bedroom has one bunk bed, a twin and a queen both facing the backyard and the large upstairs terrace. All linens are provided. House is fully equipped. The fourth in suite bedroom is located separately at the entrance inside the property a few feet away from main door and is equipped with alarm system, large closet, safe, full bath and queen bed plus flat screen tv , WIFI, ceiling fan, A\C and an office desk.

Villa Langosta Del Mar is close to the ocean; the path is located right next to the villa and will lead you to the ocean at Playa Langosta 400 meters away. Walk 500 meters towards Tamarindo and you are on Tamarindo beach. There is a grocery store and a sport's bar with great food and a pizzeria too, only 300 meters from the villa and Tamarindo center is just down the road about a mile away. You may rent a golf cart, a car, bicycle or walk safely, even at night. Villa Langosta Del Mar can accommodate 7 to 9 guests.
