2 bedroom newly furnished apartment by Sea, nature Reserve & Marina, WIFI & UKTV

This luxury third floor apartment has two bedrooms, one facing south and overlooking the sea to the front terrace and the other bedroom with west terrace overlooks the Altea bay area including mountain views with the sun till late evening. The main bedroom has ensuite including a bath and shower. The second bedroom is a twin bedded room with a further bathroom.

The apartment has a spacious living dining area which is both comfortably and stylishly furnished which opens out onto the terrace where you can sit, relax and watch the sea and the many boats and divers visiting the area.

There is a communal pool including childrens pool with sunbathing areas directly below the apartment which also looks out to sea and is sunlit all day.

Lounge terraces and Grounds

This Luxury spacious third floor apartment has Italian marble flooring, air conditioning, with heat pump system throughout. The spacious lounge and dining is furnished to a high standard.

Full width glass doors from the living area leads to a sun drenched terrace with a dining area for al-fresco meals, a sofa and chairs for relaxing evenings and sun beds. Samsung HD 32' LCD TV with Sony Home Theatre System with UK TV Channels, Spanish & many other European channels, plus CD & DVD player. WIFI and UK TV also provided

Lightweight aluminium loungers are provided for use by the pool.

The site has a good expanse of trees and shrubs and offers good seclusion. You can along the sea front to the relaxing communal gardens which is maintained to a very high standard and overlooks the entire bay of Altea as well as the Morro de Toix nature.

There is a communal pool including children’s pool with sunbathing areas directly below the apartment which also looks out to sea and is sunlit all day.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has granite worktops, ceramic hob, eye level microwave/grill oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, breakfast table and chairs, leading to a balcony/utility room with sink and washer and clothes airer. Additionally, there are 4 lightweight chairs for use by the pool, pool towels provided.

Altea is considered one of the most important cultural centres of the Valencian Community. There are a wide variety of cultural offerings, galleries and projects. The Palau Altea, a recently built culture and concert centre, seats 1,000 and offers concerts, theatre, dance and opera. It has played host to many international artists incl. In August, Villa Gadea provides live musical accompaniment to probably the largest and most dramatic fusion of music and fireworks in Europe - based on an island in the bay the pyrotechnic display is reflected in the sea. It is a stunning event and people come from all over Spain to watch it. Visit VALENCIA: City of Arts & Sciences - impressive architectural ensemble including an underwater city covering 80,000 sq mtrs. The Bioparc - opened '08 in a dry river bed, a new animal park recreating different African landscapes & ecosystems.

fantastic apartment with amazing views

We were overwhelmed with this beautiful apartment and it's fantastic views. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Ron and Jenny were superb hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The area was lovely with great beaches, old town and very good restaurants. Grocery pack and being greeted on arrival was a very nice touch. We will definitely return.

Wonderful

Right from the start we knew we had chosen well as all our communications with Ron and Jenny were efficient, helpful and informative. On arrival we were greeted by Shirley who was also very helpful and friendly (despite us arriving late due to our flight being delayed). The welcome pack supplied was a nice touch and much appreciated.

The apartment itself was very well equipped, comfortable and spacious and of a high quality throughout. It was also spotlessly clean. The large balcony was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view of the sea directly opposite. All the photos on the website are an absolutely accurate depiction of what you get.

The apartment and the whole area felt very safe and secure and the pool and gardens were beautifully maintained.

I would say that a car is essential as it is quite a slog to walk to the marina and shops in the height of summer, although at a cooler time of year it would be very pleasant.

Altea is a beautiful town with many shops and restaurants and Denia was also a favourite with us.

We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment to anyone and would love to go back one day.

Apartment interior and view are as great as they look in the pictures. Nice people to deal with, too

The holiday was great – just what we needed to recharge the batteries. This is a marvellous apartment and, although we spent most of the time on the beach, we really enjoyed our week there. We had a bit of difficulty getting used to the hard beds, but evening Scrabble games on the balcony listening to the sea (with a glass of wine and some bread and cheese from Mas Y Mas) were great fun. Barry was very friendly and accommodating manager too. Great stuff. We’ll be back.

The appartment it´s perfect and confortable

The quality of the equipment is perfect for enjoying a good holidays, the zone is quiet but you have different options at 5 minutes walk, like restaurants etc.

Altea is a magic place and is only at 15 minutes by car.

The reception and indications from the local agent Barry, let us take a clear view of the place.

Thanks a lot Ron, we will repeat next year!

Owner's Response: We are so pleased we have lived up to the expectations our Spanish guest who is appreciative of the many points the apartment and area has to offer. The apartment and location is perfect for relaxing and yet within 10 minutes walk you can be in a very lively place with restaurants and bars and water sports etc. In the centre of Altea and old town, some 10 to 15 minutes drive is buzzing at nights with a magical atmosphere and is to be experienced.

Simply perfect

The stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Our flight was late and we didn't arrive until 1am, but Ron stayed up and even provided us with some snacks and some much welcome Cava! He even offered to pick some shopping for us later in the week!

The apartment was stunning and perfectly clean. Very spacious, cool and in a lovely location. It was extremely quiet, and hardly anyone else around. We had the pool to ourselves pretty much all week.

The marina nearby has some wonderful food, some of the best fish and seafood I've ever tasted and a gorgeous selection of wines.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

We would recommend to guests to have a car for shopping (or using a Taxi) to visit surrounding areas however was pleased we were also in Spain at this time and to offer our help.

Great place to spend couple of weeks in January

Great area in general and a great apartment in particular. Myself and my family spent a great time in the Oasis Beach Luxury apartment. Property is fresh, well maintained and is equipped with absolutely everything what you need for great holidays. View from the terrace is even better than you can see in pictures. Really calm atmosphere in the Altea region in January with temperatures still around +18. Easy to get to Marina from the apartment where you can enjoy good choice of restaurants. Car is highly recommended to explore the area, as Calpe, Altea and Benidorm are 5-20 min. drive. Will definitely consider to return!

The Cove is below apartment, beach is ten minutes away and the marina is a further 5 minutes walk.

Oasis Beach is adjacent to the Morro de Toix nature Reserve and only a short walk from Luis Campomanes Sports Marina.

Golf: SECURITY This is a secure resort with video entry to the site. It is reached through electronic gates, private underground parking is accessed by remote control with multi-CCTV. To ensure a good night's sleep, the apartment has acoustic soundproofing air-conditioning and all bedrooms have control security shutters. Our English agent-caretaker lives locally and is on hand to ensure your stay is trouble free. Extra maid service available. There is a thermostatically controlled cylinder for hot water which is sited in the utility area of of apartment in the utility area. All cooking appliances are electric.

Golf: There are many Golf courses within easy reach from 9 to 27 holes
