About the property

Modern 2 bedroom apartment, bright and spacious, large roof terrace.

2 bed 1st floor apartment part of a small community on Islantilla Golf course, with large swimming pool and Paddle Tennis Courts. Less than one hour’s drive from Faro airport and only 1 hour to Seville. Comprising of a large double aspect lounge and kitchen, which includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. One double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, and 2nd bedroom has twin beds with an adjacent shower room. The apartment is furnished to a high standard to make it feel like home and with everything you need for a wonderful self catering holiday. The spacious living area has satellite TV, DVD, and stereo/CD player and a patio with stairs leading up to a beautiful roof terrace which has a barbecue. All rooms have air conditioning/heating. The apartment is a 5 minute drive, or 20 minutes walk to the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants, cinema and shops in the main commercial centre.

We enjoyed every minute of our time at La Hacienda.The weather was great the whole time and we made good use of the roof terrace.It was really interesting overlooking the land at the back, and fascinating watching the different wild life, good job we bought the binoculars!!

The apartment and the welcome pack were great, so thanks once again.

Our property is suitable for the elderly, but there are stairs which lead up to the apartment so this has to be taken into consideration. We have a very spacious roof terrace which has wonderful panoramic views ideal for bird watching!

Great experience

Booking was simple and was treated politely. Location was perfect near shops and restaurants and most important golf course.

Property was spotless with all amenities in situ.

I would definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Quel bel endroit! Tout est vraiment fait pour passer de bonnes vacances! On pose la voiture et on peut tout faire à pied....le bonheur!

L'appartement en lui même est aussi pratique que beau! Tout est meublé avec goût et il ne manque absolument rien! On a beau cherché on ne voit rien à redire.La propriétaire est au petits soins pour nous...quelle surprise d'arriver et de voir un petit pack de bienvenue!!!!

Je conseillerais cette location!!

2 salles de bain et une très bonne literie,une belle piscine et des espaces verts entretenus quotidiennement font un tout PARFAIT!!!

el apartamento es tal y como esta en las fotos, es un departamento precioso, cómodo, limpio, muy equipado y cuidado todos los detalles. Su dueña ha respondido a todas nuestras dudas. La urbanización esta muy bien. Recomendable 100%.
