Luxury Beach House With Heated Pool, East of A1A - Steps From Private Beach

Luxury 4-bedroom designer villa with private heated pool - 100 yards from a private beach. (the house is the 3rd back from the beach.) The house is beautifully furnished and sleeps 10. The 2 wing layout is ideal for 2 families as each wing features a master bedroom and a room for children, and a bathroom. The modern, designer kitchen and large comfortable living room are in the center of the house, separating the 2 wings and both open on to the very private veranda and heated pool. High speed broadband (600 MBPS )WiFi throughout the house makes it great for working remotely.

Vero Beach is a lovely upscale resort town, just north of Palm Beach. Besides relaxing by your private heated pool, or taking long walks on our beautiful beach, you can enjoy area activities like golf, tennis, shopping, boating, jet skiing, and more.

The house is approximately 1 1/2 hours from Disney World in Orlando - you can enjoy the parks for a few days, then come back and relax by the pool and beach!

The beach is private access only for the families on the street- and was open when public beaches closed due to Covid restrictions.

There are two external surveillance cameras on the property: 1 on the lockbox/garage and 1 on the front door. The footage is deleted weekly and is used for the protection of the property from intruders.

Amazing house and great holidays
It is a perfect place for quiet, relaxing holidays, away from beaten track and crowds, in a luxurious house, steps away from the beach. We loved the house, the feeling of space, cleanliness, sunshine and the distant sound of the waves. The beach is just the right size, covered with thousands of sea shells. We will be coming back!

Amazing Time at Vero Beach
This was our third stay at this property...and again it was an amazing experience. Things you should know: The house has an open floor plan and is very modern/clean. The owners were very nice to work with and attentive to our needs. The house is a short walk from the beach (60 seconds). You can hear the ocean from the back yard. The back yard is 100% private and the veranda has ceiling fans to keep you cool. A protective barrier is available to keep kids from falling into the pool. The outside shower for sand and tar removal is private. The house has great water pressure in the showers and sink. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The beach is private. We were often the only people on the beach. There is a 7-11 about 2 miles away. For groceries, the Publix and Fresh Market (highly recommend) are about 15 minutes away. The house has plenty of tools for cooking. This includes an outdoor gas grill. I took my son hiking at Pelican Island and my wife spent some time at the local shops. We had an excellent time. However, the majority of our time was spent in this house/pool cooking, eating, swimming, and relaxing. I would (and do) recommend this property to everyone I know.

Awesome home
My family had a great time. The location of the house near the beach was perfect with a great pool right outside. The home was very clean with no issues with the owners being very accommodating and welcoming. Great house!

Just wonderful
We just returned form our wonderful stay in this vacation home. We found this house was everything it promised and more. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and did not mind our kid making noise. The pool is clean and the right size , one can sit and watch the kids swim and hear the oceans waves. The beach was a couple of minutes away and almost deserted - wonderful to have the morning coffee at the beach! The layout of the house is ideal for two families, each side has the bedrooms and bathrooms with the kitchen and living room in the middle. This gives every family privacy and the little ones can take naps. We took advantage of the great kitchen and cooked every night and enjoyed our dinner outside and inside. Originally we had planned to stay ten days and after our cruise to stay for four days in a hotel. After staying in this house we could not imagine to stay in a hotel room. The owner was flexible and answered our e-mails and we were able to rent it for four more days after our cruise. Not only did she let us return to her home but when we arrived the beds were made and the house was cleaned while we were gone. - What can I say the house is clean, spacious, has everything a family needs to enjoy a vacation at the beach. This vacation home has given us memories we will cherish for ever!

The house is casual and yet beautiful with high ceilings and high end finishes throughout. The layout - with two bedrooms on either side of the main living areas (kitchen and living room) makes it an ideal vacation home for 2 families.
