This holiday villa is located within a short walk to Puerto Banus along the beach promenade. It has been beautifully refurbished in a modern luxurious style and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, guest toilet, split-level lounge, dining area, kitchen, and various terraces. From the upper terrace of the master bedroom you have views to the sea.

The whole downstairs area with the exceptions of the cloakroom and kitchen, is open plan with the hall leading straight into the living room which is split level and in turn leads up to the dining area. From here you access the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. The room is exceptionally bright thanks to the windows which allow in plenty of sunshine. The living room is beautifully furnished with soft leather sofas and an easy chair, fireplace and access to the BBQ terrace. By way of entertainment there is a wall mounted plasma TV with freeview satellite, a music system and a DVD player.

The kitchen has a small breakfast bar, is ultra modern and was designed for the pleasure of cooking with a new Aga range-master which is half electric and half gas. Other appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, toaster, juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is also wall mounted plasma TV in the kitchen. Two of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, and three bedrooms have plasma TVs.

The property has hot and cold air conditioning, marble floors, security alarm, CCTV and controlled access. Freeview satellite TV is installed throughout the villa.

The pool can be heated in winter (for an additional charge) and there are sun beds and parasols and also a hammock for your use. The BBQ terrace on the other side of the house has a large table for al fresco dining and benefits from sun all day long. To the front of the villa is parking for 2-3 cars. This is an absolutely gorgeous property in easy reach of anything you could want to make your holiday perfect.

100m from the beach, 10 mins walk to Puerto Banus. This holiday villa has probably one of the best locations on the coast. It is situated on an idyllic, private, residential road which leads directly to the beach and Paseo Maritimo which are 100m away. It takes approx 10 minutes to walk along the beach to Puerto Banus. At the end of the road there is an established chiringuito which specialises in fish.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
