This sophisticated city apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with panoramic views of the sea and the city. There are two balconies, one off the lounge/dining area enjoying stunning views of the Mediterranean, and the other, at the rear, off the two bedrooms, provides peace and quiet with views of neighbouring gardens.

This recently refurbished 78 sq. metre apartment offers a high level of comfort. It has full air-conditioning, automatic shutters, under floor central heating, large screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access, telephone, permanent concierge and a lift.

The spacious lounge/dining area has original parquet flooring. The designer American style kitchen has marble floor, granite worktop and is fully equipped.

Walking through the corridor the main bathroom is on your left and has full sized bath, with shower, toilet, and large sink. There are also built in storage units, and a washing machine.

The two bedrooms are located at the other side of the apartment & have plenty of cupboard space. There are 2 single beds in each bedroom which can be joined to make 2 double beds. The large master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which has a shower, basin and toilet. Both bedrooms have direct access to back balcony.

There is a security safe for storing all your valuables in the apartment.

There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment for the winter months.

How to Get There: Most airlines now travel to Nice International Airport.

Ferries arrive at Nice from St. Tropez, Corsica and Italy.

All the car hire companies are based at Terminal 2.

The No. 98 bus leaves the airport every 20 minutes (cost €6) and will drop you opposite the apartment (takes approx 15 minutes) at the Grosso/C.U.M stop on the Promenade.

Taxi will cost approximately €30 to the apartment.

  • The two bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment thus ensuring a peaceful nights rest. The Master bedroom has original parquet flooring, generous wardrobe space, air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has wood flooring, wardrobe space, air-conditioning and bathroom across the corridor. Both bedrooms have glass doors to the second balcony which overlooks neighbouring gardens. The sofa bed is in the lounge area and opens out to make a very comfortable king size bed.

Our local English/French speaking representative will meet you on arrival at the apartment explain the facilities and provide you with keys. They can also purchase some basic provisions for you should you require. A very useful folder of local information including places to see, day trips, restaurant recommendations etc. is provided by our representative who has extensive knowledge of the Cote d'Azur. Linen packs are available, paid locally, or you can bring your own. There is an end of stay cleaning charge for stays of 5 nights or less. This is waived for stays of 6 nights or more. Changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 16h00. Departure by 10h00. PLEASE NOTE that at least one member of your party MUST be 21 years old or more.

This is a terrific property. It is spacious, well furnished, and the view of the sea is incredible. Kate also was a very easy person with whom to work.

Amazing - Outstanding

Wow - this was the best place ever. A spotless apartment with an amazing covered balcony overlooking the Mediterranean! What more did we need - but we got so much more. Kate greeted us and provided a great overview of Nice and the surrounding area. She was so willing to answer questions about the area even before we arrived. The two bedrooms and pull-out couch were perfect for the five of us. The bedrooms were at the back of the apartment and opened up to another rear balcony. And the air conditioning was the perfect touch for a good night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped and really lovely to use. The location was perfect - just a few blocks from the famous Negresco Hotel on the Promenade. We walked everywhere in Nice and drove to Cannes, Monaco and crossed the border into Italy - all within a 45 minute drive. But you really don't need a car as the public transportation is so great. Our best memories of Nice are having our breakfast and evening wine sitting on the balcony watching the people and the Mediterranean. The people of Nice were all so wonderful and helpful – especially our Kate. Thanks so much Kate!

Perfect location to explore southern France

We stayed the month of July 2016. The balcony was awesome in the mornings with a full awning and equally relaxing in the evening people watching as folks strolled along the Promenade. Two bus stops are conveniently located across the street. Bedrooms were in the back and very quiet. Full metal shutters with push button controls provided darkness. We used the kitchen extensively. The fridge is large. Also used the washer and clothes rack. The full balcony out back made for a great space to dry clothes. WiFi was terrific! We walked from old town back to the apartment several evenings as it was late and the buses had stopped running. Nice stroll up the promenade with lots of other people. Not to far but far enough to feel good about all that gelato and wine and croissants we were consuming!

Perfect apartment, fabulous location

We were thrilled with the apartment and couldn't belive we got such a great location. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings watching the sunset over the ocean.

The apartment was like a home away from home. Very clean, and well fitted out. We had everything we needed.

Kate greeted us on arrival and was so helpful with what to see and do whilst we were there, we wished we had more time, she had so many ideas on what to do and also gave us the lowdown on which buses to catch and where.

Our whole experience when booking this apartment was pleasant, and we were not disappointed at all. Would happily book again.

Completely wonderful way to end our vacation

So happy with picking this apartment, roomy and very clean. It had everything we needed and more. The reserving all went well and we were greeted by Kate who has so much good information. Didn't cook much, although it's all there if you need it. Glad we chose the welcome basket as we had goodies for the afternoon and morning breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Didn't use TV but had good WIFi. Our favorite spot was sitting on the terrace watching the world go by while getting some sunshine.

Situated on the Promenade des Anglais, 8 mins. walk to Negresco Hotel, the location is perfect. Across the road is the Mediterranean sea. The apartment, beside C.U.M. (Centre Universitaire Mediterranean) has uninterrupted views of the sea from its front balcony.

The world famous' Promenade' is adorned with palm trees and Belle Epoque buildings. Perfect at any time of day to enjoy a stroll, jog, swim, watersports or lunch with the 'Med' at your feet.

You will find all facilities like supermarkets, shops, cafes, bakeries, markets on your doorstep.

Bus stop 2mns from apt will bring you to the airport(5km), Cannes, Vence, Antibes etc.

The Old Town, Port, Cours Saleya, Place Massena, bus & train stations are 15/20 min. walk.

Rue de France is located behind the apt and leads to the pedestrian zone. Here you will find many exclusive boutiques.

A city of culture Nice has many Museums, The Massena Museum, a few mins walk from the apt contains an interesting collection of art.

A security deposit/holding cheque of £250 (or 400€) is required on arrival in case of damage or breakages. The cheque will be destroyed upon satisfactory check-out and full inventory check done during the end of stay cleaning. Payment can be made by bank transfer in euros. Renters are responsible for all bank charges.
