Good Location, Lovely Host but not good for longer stays

Although our host was amazing and attentive, it felt like we were staying in someones house, not a guest home. Would not recommend if staying for longer periods. Basic things like dish soap and laundry detergent were not supplied, which uncommon for VRBO host not to supply. The drawers were FULL of junk and there was not basic furniture like a coffee table or nightstands which could be easily purchased for next to nothing at ikea etc. Would not recommend if planning on cooking meals from home as there were only 4 forks, no knife blocks with good knives to cut and could not find any dish clothes. Overall, we still enjoyed our time and the space was nice, with these adjustments I think it would be better for longer stays.

1st time in LA!

Yolanda was an excellent host. She checked us in and showed us everything we needed for our stay. Very spacious flat and stocked well with anything you need. Only thing I would advise is that she gives more accurate, step-by-step directions because her the GPS/Waze app does not easily get you to the destination. An AC unit is not in master bedroom and it was very warm so we moved both floor fans into master which helped but not ideal. We turned the unit down when we were gone for the day but should have left it on. Just a good tip to know!

Charming, clean and comfortable!

Stylish furnishing, well-stocked, and good location, close to restaurants in Silverlake. The owner (Yolanda) is super responsive and welcoming. The apartment is a little old, though, so don't be surprised by the tinglings of doors. Overall, very charming!

Great location, excellent service!

We stayed at this location for the Rose Bowl. Everything was clean and comfortable and there were great places for food, drinks and fun nearby. Yolanda was very responsive and took care of us whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here.

Decent apartment, great location for dodger stadium

This is an older house that is broken up into apartments. This apartment is the top floor. Plenty of space for LA. We had everything we needed and it was clean. The manager was quite responsive and pleasant. Walking distance to dodger stadium. Downsides were the stiff beds and noise. It sits above sunset blvd and only one room has ac. The ac room was nice and cool but the unit is quite loud. The other bedroom was noisey and warm.

I too am an avid traveler, and use short terms rentals when I am abroad. So I know what I like to see when I enter into a new space. I love to make my guest feel right at home in a very clean, fresh, welcoming environment that looks just like the photos if not better! Welcome to my home!
