About the property

My place is close to Gants Hill, Sainsbury's (big shop), Valentines Park. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the location, the price, the quality (and low cost) aspect to the place. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and small and large groups.

The Space

We have lots of chill out areas as well as games areas, which have foosball and other table games. We have a kitchen diner, where guests can cook, eat (breakfast bar) and socialise.

The house

We have a large house with great living spaces. A large lounge with a 50 inch Smart 4k Ultra HD, with Netflix and Digital TV (Virgin Media). We have lots of sofas and we have a conservatory/games room which is connected to our garden (rare in London!), which has a BBQ, great for the spring and summer months.

We have 5 bedrooms, and can accommodate small or larger groups, as well as couples or individuals. We have parking for 2 cars on the property and room for 2 cars parked directly outside the house.

Greeting guests

Guests will be meeted and greeted and shown the property as well. We can help you to find attractions, offering advice on places to see, eat, go out to and visit. We can help you no matter what budget you are on, as we have lived in London for quite a while!

I'm also an English teacher, so can help with your English and we have several language speakers in the property. We speak: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Japanese.

The neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood has fantastic travel links, while offering guests a great nights’ sleep. Unlike other locations you Wwill get a seat on the underground and you won't be woken up by people shouting outside! It is a peaceful neighbourhood, but close to shops and restaurants , a good balance. It is also close to main roads to take you around London, into the centre or great for going to other cities by car.

Transport

We are about a 10 min walk to the central line (Newbury park underground station). We are also close to the overground which will take people into the centre of London in around 20 minutes. There’s also a bus stop which can take you to the overground, central line ( if you don't want to walk) or the Hammersmith and city underground (tube) line.

If guests drive, we are close to main roads which go into the centre of London and around the edges, meaning you will have access to the whole of London, cutting out a lot of waiting around in traffic ( the main road is like a small motorway).

In summary, we have great travel links, close by.
