Dirty

I appreciated the stay, but overall, the cleanliness was not there. The bathroom was not cleaned and it made me slightly suspicious that the other things in the room were not cleaned, such as the bedsheets, microwave, and fridge. Overall, location was really nice and the check in process was a breeze. It's a 2/5 because cleanliness is very important to me.

Comfortable and cozy

Even though it was a very short stay, I enjoyed the room. The bed was very comfortable and big. I love were they had the tv which was over the door. Their communication was on point when ever I needed assistance. I would message them and with in a hour or less, I would get a response. I appreciate them for allowing me to stay. I would stay here again.

Not what it's cracked up to be

Did not enjoy my stay here at all. Few hours before my stay I received a message that the lock on the door wasn't working correctly which was correct had to have home away call the owner to get someone to come get the door open. The house is in a rough neighborhood, all the houses including the actual property you stay at have security fences lining their property, bars on the windows and doors. Once in the room found the windows wide open on a 30 degree November night, only a sheet on the bed and no blanket on the bed or in the room or anyway to turn the heat up in the room. The area you stay in is shared with 2 other rooms atleast 1 of which the people live their. Did not feel safe staying here at all. Owner refused to refund me even after I couldn't get into the room for 30-45 minutes so to their lock broken.
