Pool/Spa heat is not included in quotes (unless clearly shown) but is available upon request. Pool and spa heat is advisable for bookings in January, February and March then October, November and December. The cost is $40/£30 per day exc tax.

This superb villa has all you need to enjoy a family vacation. You can sit at the pool or in the spa and watch the wildlife on the lake. There are no rear neighbours to worry about here. There is plenty of living space to spread out and relax in the lounge or take it easy in the comfortable sitting area with some peace and quiet. With 4 en suites there will never be a rush for the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the family can happily sit around the breakfast area, the more formal dining area or enjoy the warmth outside under the shade of the spacious lanai. This villa has safety in mind for those travelling with young children with pool door alarms and safety fencing. It is decorated throughout to a luxury contemporary taste with themed children's rooms to make that magical visit just that bit more special. Cable TV, a new games room, free phone within the USA and wi fi are all provided for your enjoyment. This is a wonderful home for a large family to holiday in style with space.

The right choice: If you are looking for a holiday with 5* comfort, the world's best theme parks on your doorstep and a wonderful climate this is really it. This place has it all. If you want the action it is on your doorstep and if you want peace and quiet you can sit by the pool and relax in some very comfortable surroundings.The house has been recently redecorated throughout in tasteful colours to ensure a warm and homely feel about the place.

Our property has a maximum of 13 persons which is typically a combination of adults AND children. Children’s bedrooms and especially beds are not planned for adults in mind. Parties made up solely of adults should assume a capacity of 8 with 4 couples sharing a master bedroom. Adults cannot sleep on children’s bunk beds.

Excellent

Group of us stayed for just over a week at a conference. Ideal for us. Lots of room, well equipped and a walmart a couple of minutes away for anything that we needed. Can’t fault anything. Owner responded quickly to our one request which was to extend the pool heating slightly longer in the evening.

Not a good start

Very nice property in a very good location, clean and bright throughout plenty of room for all of us, unfortunately we had problems with the door code on arrival and the Management company took an age to rectify that, on a slight down side the oven was not very clean so did not attempt to use it, but all in all we had a very good holiday. Perhaps it would be a good idea if renters were given the Management details by one of your numerous emails instead of telling people that their details are inside the house, which we could not get in because the key code given was wrong.

Beautiful Villa, just what we needed

There were 10 of us staying at the Villa. Everyone loved it. It was beautiful and all instructions for the alarm, safes etc were laid out well in a welcome book with other information. The pool area was clean and we had easy access to the outside lake where some of the men took fishing rods. It was easy to find, we hired a van for the two weeks and were close to all the parks. Also close to lots of shops and restaurants, the guys walked to the supermarket some mornings. The bedrooms were all lovely. We had a large washer and drier, pool towels were supplied as were bathroom towels and fresh bedding if we needed it. Lots of wardrobe space in all rooms. Bin bags were all supplied as well. Games room was nice. Couldn't fault it. Had lovely neighbours who were resident there and they were also really helpful. We did have a problem with a noise outside like a loose nut in a fan but called management services and someone eventually fixed it but I think we were more freaked out than they were so they didn't rush. Overall would definitely stay there again. Roger, the owner was helpful all the way through and always answered any questions we had asap. Sorry I've taken so long to review the villa but it kept slipping my mind. If you stay here you wouldn't be disappointed.

We live in the UK and as soon as we saw this house with the large water view at the back we wanted to buy it. We felt the location to all the attractions and amenities nearby made it a perfect place for families to stay.

What makes this property unique

The pool overlooking the water is great, the home just works really well for large parties and offers very comfortable accommodation. In walking distance to WalMart as well if you are up for a little exercise!
