New and comfortable house on land of 1100 square meters with a beautiful garden and a spectacular panoramic view to the mountains and peaks of Monte Verde, with araucárias centenaries and forests, large deck and conservatory.

With dining area and American kitchen equipped with stove, duplex refrigerator, other utensils (dinner set / tea / coffee / cake, wine glasses, founde device, shapes, blender, roasters, coffee maker, service.

Three large bedrooms, one suite with box bed, LED TV, DVD, one of them with mezzanine and balcony.

Large living room with fireplace.

Gas heating in the showers and heater in the rooms.

You can still have the opportunity to see squirrels on the araucarias and beautiful kisses flying on the house deck.

Enjoy Monte Verde: Monte Verde is a beautiful city with trails, horseback riding, quad biking, zip lines, ice skating, hiking, waterfalls, regional events, wonderful gastronomy, exquisite craftsmanship, an unforgettable place.

Our house is in harmony with this nature offering you comfort, great view of the peaks and mountains, contact with birds and squirrels.

We are located in a condominium of houses, with security, very easy and totally flat access just five minutes from the main streets of the city.

The house was built on three floors, with a large part in glass so you can constantly enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and forests, being one room per floor giving total privacy to the people staying there.

Casa aconchegante

Pontos positivos: Casa aconchegante, grande, linda vista, possui 3 andares, no ultimo andar existem 2 camas de casal e uma de solteiro, no piso térreo possui 1 quarto privativo com uma cama de casal e um banheiro ao lado do quarto e no piso de cima possui uma suíte com cama de casal. A Lareira fica no piso térreo e a sala possui um bom espaço, porém apenas 4 pessoas conseguem ficar próximos a lareira. A casa possui taças, copos, aparelho de fondue, talheres, garrafa térmica etc. O atendimento do Luiz foi muito bom e prestou todo o apoio necessário. Pontos negativos: A localização no mapa esta completamente errada, quando selecionei a casa pelo site pensei que ficava na entrada da cidade, porém a casa fica a 5Km de distancia da cidade. As portas do banheiro não fecham por falta de manutenção (madeira empenada), o que causa muito incomodo visto que não se pode ter privacidade quando vai ao banheiro. O box da suíte possui uma porta de correr muito apertada, apenas pessoas bem magras conseguem entrar no box e o banheiro também fica com mau cheiro de esgoto. A lavanderia que fica ao lado da cozinha estava com cheiro de esgoto bem forte, deixamos a porta fechada o tempo todo para não entrar o cheiro na casa. Para encontrar a entrada do condomínio é bem complicado pois não tem nenhuma placa de sinalização, acabamos errando a entrada do condomínio e foi um pouco complicado para retornar. A entrada do portão também é complicada pois entramos pela rua a esquerda do condomínio e não é possível entrar no portão da casa sem realizar uma manobra na rua que é muito estreita e que possui um barranco, portanto recomendo sempre entrar pela rua a direita pois vai ficar de frente com o portão. É possível estacionar 2 veículos, porém para realizar as manobras é bem apertado pois possui pouco espaço e descer de ré é arriscado. Em resumo a estadia compensa, porém existem diversos pontos que podem ser melhorados.
