Superb Apartment

As advertised, the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything needed for our stay. well-located with spectacular views of the Atlanta skyline. Would stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

Downtown Location

I was very pleased with my accommodations. It was everything that was listed and more. I was able to walk to the Peachtree Center Marta station and I was also able to walk to the GWCC within 12 minutes. Very accessible to everything I needed and I did feel safe. Definitely, enough room inside the apartment to feel comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We did not cook, however, we definitely could have with what was available.

Excellent host

Overall we had a good stay. The host was beyond accommodating and helpful which is much appreciated. The four stars were only due to the location being right beside a liquor store which made for some uneasy travel back and forth.

Great Stay; Wonderful Host

We had a great stay at the condo on the 22nd floor! Wonderful view. Comfortable condo. Very clean. Hand soap, dishwashing lotion, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper and trash bags provided. There were also some spices in the kitchen, but we didn’t cook. And some coffee, and sweetener which we didn’t use, because we brought our own coffee. The reserved parking was a real plus, and the location perfect! Walking distance to World of Coke, the Civil Rights Museum, and many other attractions. Also within walking distance of many restaurants. The host, James, was very responsive. He answered my many questions promptly and pleasantly. He checked in the morning after we checked in to make sure everything went OK. And he even told us to take our time leaving on check out day - I’m assuming that nobody was checking in that afternoon. All in all, a great stay. I will add, though, as others have said, the place is a little dated and worn, but that didn’t detract much from the stay. It almost felt like we were staying at a friends house.
