In this house you will find all you need for a relaxing holiday. 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable Dunlopillo double beds - and two additional movable single beds. 2 large bathrooms - one with double shower and one with shower and bath tub. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and other electrical appliances you need. Living room with TV. In the very spacious 260m2 garden/teresses you will find a 7,5 x 5,5 m private pool sourrounded by comfortable hard wood, olive trees as well as lavende thym, rosmary and other flowers. Also hard wood garden furniture: sun beds, tables and chairs. From the house you have a magnificent sea view. The house is located on the top of a hill in walking distance to the beach and the small village Cerbère.

Wonderful!

The house is wonderful. It is modern, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It has a lovely pool and incredible views of Cap Cerbere. Even though the temperatures got up to 36 deg.C some days, the house remained comfortable because of the lovely breeze coming off the sea.

The house is wonderful. Set in the hills above Cerbere with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The house is lovely. Very well equipped and lots of space

Immer gerne wieder!

Wir haben dieses Haus nun zum dritten Mal besucht und uns erneut vom ersten (Dank herzlicher Begrüßung von Herrn Levacher!) bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Am sagenhaften Meerblick kann man sich auch im dritten Jahr nicht sattsehen, der Pool ist immer eine willkommene Abkühlung und die Orte in der direkten Umgebung Banyuls, Port Vendres, Collioure, Portbou luden uns erneut zu einem Marktbummel oder Apéro ein. Und sind so nah, dass man immer ganz schnell zurück auf der großen Terrasse ist und man das Haus mit seinen Annehmlichkeiten in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Wir haben diesmal nur selten nicht auf der Terrasse gegessen und können empfehlen Tapas und Paella im Restaurant Passatges in Portbou, Meeresfrüchte in der Poissonneries de la Cote Catalane in Port-Vendres (Fisch aber besser in Spanien kaufen, das Angebot ist lokaler) sowie klassisch, französisch im Restaurant La Balette in Collioure. Den Besuch vieler Winzer kann man sich sparen, da Cave Saint Jacques in Banyuls eine sensationelle Auswahl hat und die Beratung durch Pierre Tillier erstklassig ist.

Immer wieder gerne besuchen wir dieses Haus!

Wir haben das Haus erneut angemietet und waren auch in diesem Jahr rundum zufrieden. Angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang, über die Ausstattung, den traumhaften Blick und den erfrischenden Pool, bis hin zur Gegend mit vielen kulinarischen Entdeckungen. Wir werden wiederkommen und freuen uns schon heute.
