Newly renovated, close to beach and town! The location is ideal for those looking to enjoy the beach life and eclectic shopping and restaurant experience that Manhattan Beach offers.

Most everything you need is within walking distance and if you like to cook or BBQ, the house is fully equipped. The house also is equipped with entertainment components such as 3 LCD TV's, stereo system, and FIOS internet access. Additionally the house has air conditioning throughout!

Unit sleeps 5 comfortably with two rooms with queen beds and a room with a twin bed. This is a no pet and no smoking inside or outside house.

Comfortable and convenient
If you appreciate quality cookware (including great pots, pans, and kitchen knives), linens, electronics, and easy access to the beach, you will appreciate this home! Understated from the outside, the interior is clean, comfortable, and compact. The owner Greg made sure everything was in order -- from our first contact until making sure our damage deposit was refunded. There is so much to do in this area ... from cruising on the Strand to enjoying the many local restaurants to absorbing the spectacular sunsets at the beach. I would recommend it to a friend. (For something new, we dems even enjoyed visiting the Ronald Reagan library! The views from up there alone made it worth the trip!)

Perfect spot
Great location--two blocks from the beach & the Strand. We could walk to everything. Nicely appointed house, with everything we needed. Property owner was very helpful and responsive with all questions. A huge plus to have parking! Thank you for a wonderful stay:)

We had a great time at Manhattan Beach. The house is a stone's throw away from one of the nicest beaches in Cali.The house was perfect for our family of 5. The layout was amazing b/c it had 2 separate living spaces (one upstairs and one downstairs). Plenty of comfortable spaces and beds to relax on. Greg and Pearl were extremely accomodating. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return.
