From the home, you can take in the gorgeous views, enjoy fresh fruit from the well kept gardens, relax poolside, or prepare a BBQ feast. A 10 minute car ride will bring you downtown and to a number of Spain's pristine, blue flag beaches. This beautiful home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a number of quaint restaurants and scenic walking paths.

This space has 5 bedrooms and the layout is as follows:

The top level has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, a full bathroom, open design for the kitchen, seating, and dining areas all with panoramic sea views.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms with king beds, another large bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom.

The outdoor area has a barbecue, pool, garden, and lounging areas in the sun and in the shade.

Simon (UK) and Christen (US) Bradbury started Blue Coral Estates in 2016 following their move from Boston, USA to Valencia, Spain. While having full time jobs in the public and private sectors, properties were a side business that has successfully become a registered company. The allure of what the Costa Blanca had to offer and closer proximity to family made the choice to transition to Valencia an easy one!

Our passion lies in redesigning and modernizing spaces while keeping the character and the style of what the local tastes dictate. We are proud to offer these out as both short term and long term accommodation and provide comfortable, stylish, welcoming and eco-conscious options in the city and along the coast.
