Located on the boardwalk between B and C Street, this ground floor unit of a triplex is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Balboa Pier and bike rentals. This condo features a large outdoor patio with updated furnishings, and direct access to the beach!2 designated parking spots. W/D in the garage. Balboa is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and FUN Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion daily. Great retreat!

This house was in a fabulous location. Walking out the back door onto the beach, and a short walk up the boardwalk to get coffee, made this trip a true California experience. The bedrooms were comfortable and the great room gave us a gathering space for everyone to relax. Easy checkin and communication. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented both the middle and bottom units. What an amazing time we had. The houses were impeccably clean which is not the usual for beach vacation rentals. The waves at this beach are a shore break so if you have little kiddos be vigilant and right on the waters edge.
