2 bedroom apartment to sleep 4 in central Cannes near Croisette

Newly converted 2 double bedroom flat, just 100m from the sea and Croisette. On 2nd floor with lift and security entry code. Situated very near to Palais de Festival, about a 2 minute walk. On a one way cobbled street with many restaurants and bars. Double glazed with two balconies. Has one new bathroom, seperate toilet, lounge with French windows and American kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, washing machine etc. Breakfast bar and table. Two bedrooms each with two singles or two doubles.

Air conditioning. WIFI and Satellite flat screen TV. (English programmes). Lounge has a sofa bed if needed.

Fantastic location & great hospitality

The appartment is ideally located in the heart of Cannes near restaurants and shops (and a 3 minute walk to the beach!). It is an excellent base to explore Cannes' restaurants and shopping district and save you the hassle of transportation.

The flat is very well equipped with modern appliances and decorated with taste.

The most memorable part of stay is by far the great hospitality from the owner who is a long time resident in Cannes. The owner shared her best tips for a great holiday in the region and even took us to a private beach in a nearby town!

Overall it was a great experience...Highly recommended for a stay in Cannes!

Stylish, central, exactly like the photos.

Our 3rd year returning to this beautiful apartment with stylish, luxury interior and homely touches including goodie basket, necessary fridge items, towels for beach and separate for the home. The stunning location a stone's throw from Dior, the best ice cream shop, the latest trendy street of restaurants Rue Hoche and the sea front means you can feel totally at home and can experience a snap shot of life in Cannes and not just a tourist hotel bound visitor. Everything you need from the best bakery, wine shops, restaurants and bars and lots of advice from the hospitable owner to cater for all your needs. This year Jill Webster even treated us to a complimentary trip to a private beach for the day along the coast Theoule Sur Mer and updated us with other daily excursion options such as the new Montefleury Cannes leisure park with open air swimming pool and quiet grounds. The most amazing thing about this apartment is that with the 2 balconies you can enjoy sundowners and an intimate dinner whilst absorbing the bustle of the evening below but as soon as you close the French doors absolutely no noise disturbance. Our host Jill even took us to the Sunday Fourville market to buy local delicacy's and treats for the week ahead. We will book for next year and might try and steal another week in September. Fantastic, Thank you for everything yet again a cultural holiday home from home, we adore this flat.

Fabulous apartment in great location

This was our first time booking an apartment in Cannes we usually stay in hotels. We will not be booking hotels again.

The owner of this apartment is excellent, she provided us with great communication and hospitality from start of booking until end of stay. I would highly recomend booking with Jill.

Loved the apartment as it was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location just couple of minutes to beach and all the restaurants and shopping on Rue de Antibles nearby. Would could literally walk everywhere.

We will hopefully be booking this apartment next year and would recommend it to family and friends, as we love Cannes.

The owner gaves us first class service at all times, so we want to thank her for that.

Amazing Owner, Perfect Location, Tip Top Apartment

This is my first rental of a holiday home and I can't fault it.

The service we got dealing with the owner was first class from beginning to end.

What is lacking in the world these days is a 'personal touch' this is exactly what you get if you rent this apartment and all the creature comforts.

The apartment's location is in the heart of Cannes so you can walk everywhere. It's the perfect base after a day at the Beach or if you go shopping or if you want to explore the bars and restaurants... you feel like a local.

The apartment was clean and well presented and comfortable. I will book again this year.

Very kind owner, very good treatment and apartment

Very good treatment. The owner has been very kind and helpful. The apartment was in perfect conditions. Small add-ons like food starter pack and beach towels were very welcome.

Apartment was very clean and adhering perfectly to description. Location was perfect (3 minutes feet from beach and croisette) and close even to all sort of commercial activities (fresh croissant for breakfast are a must!).

Flexible arrival and departure dates are a great plus.

We really encourage anyone to rent it and we hope to get back as soon as possible. We will recommend the owner in general to all our friends and relatives.

I don't normally write reviews without good reason. In this case, the flat was well decorated, well maintained with all mod cons, clean and in an excellent location. What you would expect. However, the owner lives close by and was available and extremely helpful with even our more outlandish requests! This made the holiday for us. we have booked again and are recommending to friends.

This modern flat is near to sea 50m and restaurants all around. Market just 100m away and Rue D'antibes 50m away, very good boutiques for shopping. Art museums, casino's, clubs, bars etc.

Le suquet, old town, just 10 min walk. So very central.


Rental rates


  • Security deposit of between 500 and 1000 depends on period and Festival. this can be given by English cheque and not banked unless at end of period of rental there is some damage or stains incurred.
  • Included in the rental are sheets, towels, dry food such as tea, coffee, sugar etc and some drinks. Toiletries to start you off. More food etc put in for congresses so no shopping needed.
