Excellent property in a residential neighbourhood
It is unfortunate that reviews do not have half star options as this property deserves more than a 4 star but not quite a 5. As far as the property goes, everything was excellent and a great place to stay. The property was found to be clean, well equipped and in a great location. Universal is one hours walk, Mall at Millenia 30 minutes and a cluster of good restaurants next to Publix about 30 minutes walk away. If you have a car, it is next to I4 and in a great position for all locations. There is also a bus stop close by for buses to Universal and multi destination bus stops around Mall at Millenia. The contact with the owner was good and arrival and access was easy. Everything in the property worked as promised so we had no need to contact Razvan, although he made it clear we could if we needed anything. There is a 65” TV with a media box for all channels, including channels from all countries. Air conditioning worked perfectly and was easy to control, although there are also roof fans in all rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances working well. There is also a very effective washing machine and tumble drier. So why only 4 stars (4 1/2, if allowed)?. It is important to understand that the gated community is working class residential and not a holiday community. This comes with all the noises, pets and security you would expect with a residential estate. Sometimes these were late night parties or barking dogs. However, we never experienced any interaction issues and everyone we met was polite and friendly.
