Located on the beach front, this brand new south facing penthouse has panoramic sea views. The lift opens directly into a spacious living room, with a dining table for 6. It is equipped with quality furniture, large flat screen TV, blu-ray DVD player with DVDs to play, channel TV (with French and int'l channels) and wireless broadband. Ipod dockingstation. Its large terrace surrounding the apartment has groups of garden furniture, sunbeds and automatically irrigated plantations. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi. 5-Star apartment in Cannes

The very large terrace of this penthouse offers a magnificent view of the bay of Cannes. It is a very sunny and clean apartment and so are the premises including the pool, the lawn and the gardens. Also the access to the property is highly secured and the kitchen is well equipped.

The owners and the site manager Silvia were very kind and friendly.

After we left Cannes, we rented an apartment in Bellagio facing Como Lake but we missed the comfort and the scenery of this Cannes penthouse.

We would most likely stay there again on a future trip on Côte d’Azur

We highly recommend this property .

A perfect home away from home

This is the third time we are here and we will keep coming back. It is the most stunning penthouse in Cannes - right across a beautiful sandy beach. While we are here for work we are also having the greatest time. Little trips to Saint Tropez or Monaco. Portofino Italy is less than 3 hours away.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet diner. The pictures speak for themselves = except = it is bigger than you may think.

Foody? Go see the market in Cannes or the enormous fish selection at Giant nearby. The Market of La Bocca is almost right behind the house, a 5 minute drive. Everything super fresh and just delicious. And there are some cool little beach restaurants in walking distance.

All in all highly recommended.

Luxury penthouse apartment

Just had a fantastic two weeks in this gorgeous penthouse apartment...discription in advert was accurate in every way..property was clean and very well maintained as was the whole royal palm complex...location was perfect for all cannes has to offer, 10 min car drive took you into cannes centre...5 min drive took you to a large supermarket with a bakery where you could purchase freshly baked baguettes...large three sided balcony which provided sun all day or if you prefer,clean sandy beach just opposite complex...would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning.

Luxury 5 star Penthouse

I rented the beautiful Penthouse for 10 months with my wife and family. The Property is an excellent five star base and almost a self contained resort with its' three swimming pools and security gates. Our five children aged 4-16 spent countless hours in the pools. The resort is on the sea and I enjoyed swimming daily in the Mediterranean and running on its' clean blue flag beaches. My wife commends the excellent customer service and the modern clean facilities and layout of the Penthouse. If anything needed to be fixed it was attended to immediately. We have to return home and have wonderful memories of a fantastic stay in the luxurious Penthouse. I would recommend the property highly and look forward to renting it again in future.

Très beau penthouse face à la mer,excellent accueille de Silvia

on a besoin d'une voiture, mais pas de problème de parking, , les commerces sont pas très loin, et la gare est a coté. L'appart est tout neuf, et très propre avec une énorme terrasse. Je recommande cette location et je suis sur que je retournerai Tobias et Pascale

The luxurious apartments, at Royal Palm, are situated on the beach front with panoramic sea views of the Bay of Cannes. Along the beach, jet boats, windsurfing and a variety of other activities are available. Everything the French Riviera can offer is within easy driving distance of the apartments. Within 15 minutes is the world famous Cannes, with its palm fringed beaches, where you can find superb restaurants, glitzy bars, luxury shops and maybe a celebrity or two. The old port is packed with stunning yachts - other attractions, such as churches and monasteries are close by. Medieval fortified villages, museums of famous artists, St Tropez, Monaco, northern Italy and the famous perfume centre of Grasse, are all within easy reach. Further afield, about a couple of hours, are the skiing slopes and resorts of the Alps.
