This home features an open floor plan, 70" big screen TV in the living room, quartz counter tops, mosaic back splash, and recessed lighting. The bright living room shines with tons of natural light from the slider to your private balcony. Breakfast bar, and a designated pantry make up the upgraded kitchen which is adjacent to the dining area. A spacious master suite hosts a door to a private, covered balcony overlooking the heated pool and wonderful courtyard, and a lovely master bath. 3 additional bedrooms, one of which has a slider to another balcony, are serviced by 2 full baths. Laundry in unit, a half bath, dual zone A/C & Heat, and attached 2 car garage complete this superior unit.
Includes Wifi and cable.
We have had to stop providing linens and towels, because tenants were not laundering and returning them to the linen closet, and this was creating delays with cleaning the house for the next tenant, as well as additional cleaning cost for us. Dish's are to be washed and returned to cabinet.

Bi-Annual Getaway

Every other year my fiancé and myself host his kids/grandkids in Wildwood. This was our second VRBO experience and it was just as good as the first.

Nice townhouse in a nice complex

The townhouse was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, an very close to the pool. The garage is spacious and fit 2 cars easily with room to spare. Just a block from Wawa and a block from our favorite restaurant Alfies! Would definitely stay again

Townhouse

This was a beautiful well loved property. It smelled great upon arrival, instructions were clear and the property manager was accesible, very communicative. The house is located a hit away from the boards,but not far enough that you cant walk, it was nice. Having a small toddler, the pool being right there was a major bonus. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part, we had a few nights the neighbors were a little overly loud and woke us up. I loved that the house had a bedroom on the main entrance floor, the beds were sooo comfy, the downside was the stairs, it is alot, but it wasnt horrid, more nerve wracking with a toddler. The applainces also need some updating, the refrigerator has a broke shelf and the dishwasher only worked on one setting. Other than that this was a great place!

We are the Davis family, who reside in Bucks County PA. After many years of deliberation we purchased this fantastic second home at Wildwood, to enjoy with our three children, five grand children, and friends. We will do our best to keep this property clean and up to date for ourselves and short term guests visiting the Jersey Shore for some R&R.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase this property because of it's immaculate condition, close proximity to beach/boardwalk. Being a gated community, only tenants and guests are allowed in the complex so there is no random foot traffic, and with a large two car garage, don't have to fight for parking space on the street. The large pool is right out our front door for a quick dip to cool off. Morey's pier is located at the end of our street for a sunset ride on the Ferris Wheel.

What makes this property unique

The living room and master bedroom both have balconies overlooking the flora and fauna in the courtyard, although in all honesty the fauna is mostly birds.
