Short walk from Pissouri Village centre with huge swimming pool

Filled with morning sunshine, this high quality recently built air-conditioned Cyprus apartment is finished in contemporary style, and set on the top floor of this well-designed apartment overlooking the pool, is one of the best in the complex. Sun bathe on the extensive pool terrace with an exceptional 18m x 18m pool. Easy access with dedicated car space adjacent to lift. Just a very easy 20 minute drive from Paphos Airport. The apartment sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, there is a well equipped modern kitchen, bathroom with shower over the bath with excellent water pressure, large open plan living area with dining table and sofas and patio doors onto a large balcony overlooking the pool with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Air conditioning in all rooms, wi fi available.

Pissouri, half way between Limassol an Paphos, is a charming picturesque hill village with an unspoilt centre, free of cars and with a selection of pavement bars and tavernas is quaint, unspoilt and almost of a bye gone era and is a lively spot even in mid winter.

Pissouri Bay is 5 min drive away and around a half mile long with clean blue flag bathing, Excellent golf is 10 min drive away at Aphrodite Hills (course by Cabell Robinson) and the beautifully set Secret Valley some 15 min away.

A large and well stocked supermarket is at the bottom of the hill as well as a pharmacy, hardware shop and plant centre. There are a couple of banks and a small supermarket in the village square.

Longer winter lets welcome at special monthly rate.

This apartment is a perfect base for a very varied holiday. It is an easy 20 minute drive from the lovely new Paphos Airport, and about 1.5 hours drive from Larnica Ariport. Walking distance (5 min) to very pretty Cypriot hilltop village which has no cars and has tavernas with their tables out on the cobbled streets, there are all banks, shops, you need without getting in the car. Even an amphitheatre for evening entertainment. Activities include hiking or skiing in the mountains, cycle tours on or off road, or bike hire can be arranged for bikes to be delivered to the apartment.

World class golf very near (10 min), deserted beaches, mountain walks and driving tours, historical sites, museums, busy towns or Paphos and Limassol within 30 min in either direction.

2017 sees Paphos become the European Capital City of Culture with many events being arranged throughout the year which will take place in the town which has been smartened up especially for this.

About Owner

We purchased the apartment off plan from new so had the choice of which apartment we wanted and chose this one as we wanted to be on the top floor for better privacy, better views, more light and quieter as you do not have people moving around above you. We enjoy visiting with family and friends at all times of the year. It is so lovely to come out in November or March when it is so grey in UK and the sky is so blue in Cyprus! Every time we come we find new things to do, there is so much to explore and do on the island.

We loved Pissouri as it feels so much less developed and built up than so many places in Cyprus and the village has a true Cypriot feel to it with its little tavernas in the square most of which are open all year round.

Very quiet location.

Lovely to wake up to the sun shining into the apartment - breakfast on the balcony is a great start to the day!

We purchased the apartment because we fell in love with the village of Pissouri, which is unspoilt and very Cypriot unlike a lot of the other areas of Cyprus we visited.

We wanted to find somewhere where we would not need the car all the time when we wanted to go out, and a location within easy reach of the airport, you can be there within 20 minutes of picking up your hire car.

We enjoy visiting the Trodos Mountains, and also the deserted little bays and beaches so close to Pissouri.

What makes this apartment unique

Great to have the use of such a large swimming pool, and if you have children you can watch them in the pool from the apartment balcony.

The delightful village is just a very short stroll from the apartment, so never any need to use the car in the evening to go for a drink or a meal.

If you are wishing to book with other family or friends I can recommend other apartments in the same complex.

We had a very enjoyable week at this spacious, modern and well equipped apartment. The apartment is located within a small, quiet complex with a large shared swimming pool. The quaint village of Pissouri is within easy walking distance and has an excellent choice of tavernas,shops and banks to choose from. The local people were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely consider booking this apartment again.

Excellent Stay

This was our second visit to Pissouri - we love the atmosphere of the village with it's traditional square and many tavernas. We spent our days on the beaches in Pissouri Bay and along the coastline - a car is needed to visit them. Even though we visited in October, it was warm enough to sit on the beach all day, swim in the sea and get very suntanned!

We knew the position of the apartment was perfect to walk into the village each evening - about ten minutes - all flat! There was easy parking and a lift - great for getting the cases up and down.

The apartment provided everything we needed - it was very clean, the bed was comfortable (an important factor at our age!) and a lovely sunny balcony. At night, it was particularly pleasant as the pool is lit up. Although we didn't use the pool, it was very clean and huge.

The wifi worked perfectly and was fast - we bought a week's supply from the internet shop in the village - it was not expensive - about Euros 15 I think.

The kitchen was very well equipped although we didn't cook anything more complicated than breakfast!

We would thoroughly recommend this apartment as one of the best and most reasonable places to stay in Pissouri.

Autumn chill !

Stayed in this apartment for a quick week away to relax and enjoy some sun. Lovely inside ... two spacious bedrooms , spacious lounge / dining area and kitchen with all you need. If you like to have a breakfast whilst catching early am sun balcony is perfect .... Outside there is a parking bay if you have a car and pool which is big enough to enjoy a nice swim and ample sunbathing area? Location is perfect for a stroll into village and even the hilly walk to the supermarket is okay. Overall this apartment is great value and great quality .. recommended...

Clean and a good size for a family of 4. Lovely views and nice quiet and very clean pool

The apartment was everything we needed. Good location (however car is recommended to go to the neighbouring beaches) but village for restaurant, bars is only a 10 minute walk. Pool was extremely clean and so peaceful and quiet. Sunbeds are also provided with this apartment. Overall a lovely stay in a very pretty and unspoilt Pissouri.

Lovely apartment

We decided to spend a couple of weeks in Cyprus away from the cold UK winter. We chose this apartment after reading previous reviews and we weren't disappointed. Very comfortable and well equipped in a good location. No sea views unfortunately but still pleasant to sit out on the balcony every morning for breakfast enjoying the sun. Pissouri is a lovely village and the centre is only a short walk away although it is a bit hilly for anyone with walking difficulties but there are parking facilities nearer. The owner and manager were both very helpful so we can thoroughly recommend this apartment for a short or long stay at any time of the year.

A nice place in a beautiful Cypriot village

We have spent 11 nights in the off-season as a family.

Sure, Cyprus in January is very unusual. But we were just running away from a snowy-frosty-uncomfy climate. We were pretty much prepared what to expect, having spent 6 holidays in Cyprus. We were not disappointed. Wonderful Cypriot cuisine, a chance to dive in the sea (if you dare) and go skiing in Troodos on the next day. Nuff said...

Caroline's place has welcomed us and we are grateful to have found it. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday getaway. Even in winter it kept us warm & comfy. The manager was helpful and the instructions on-site very comprehensive.

Pissouri might be very busy in summer, but it is very home-like and hospitable in winter. Highly recommended. Very well located strategically as you can reach most Cyprus highlights in no more than an hour's ride.

We have seen more picturesque views from balconies but an opportunity to have an early jog and the jingle of those sheep in the morning were a wonderful trade-in )) As well as the hiking routes one can start right from the door.

Wonderful, peaceful location.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything you need in the apartment. Huge pool, lots of space and not busy, even in August. The children11 and10, loved the pool.

A short walk into lovely Pissouri village, traditional village square and great restaurants. 5 minute drive to the bay, which was beautiful! We would thoroughly recommend this property and area.
