This immaculate city centre apartment offers an open plan living-room/kitchen with dining area, and this includes a double sofabed. There is also one bedroom with a standard double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower over, toilet and hand basin.

The apartment is situated in a shared courtyard setting overlooked by the world famous, Edinburgh Castle. The courtyard is secluded, secure area and has beautifully landscaped gardens. It is accessed by electronic gates with security code access.

The best thing about this apartment is its location right in the heart of the city with Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace and Princes Street all within walking distance. An ideal location for weekends away or for a longer stay in Scotland's capital city, Edinburgh.

After staying in Paris and London , in Best Western nice hotels , we were pleased to have room to have room to relax , and have a coffee or a glass of wine . The apartment was furnished adequately for our needs , quiet and we felt very safe in our unit . Should we ever visit Scotland and Edinburgh again , we would certainly try to get the same unit , and we will recommend to others Bruce MacRitchie Niagara Falls Canada

great apt in a great city

We just returned from our adventure in Edinburgh. This apt. is well located just off the Grassmarket , making city attractions an easy walk.The apt was spotless and well suited to 3 adults for sleeping. We could hear the tattoo every night but otherwise was pretty quiet. Plenty of pubs,cafes,and resturants in area.

I will recomend this flat and this city as a wonderful vacation spot. Martin was very helpful setting us up and working with us on our early arrival. Vacation Rentals Scotland has other units as well so you can probably find a location to suit your needs.

Fantastic

First, Edinburgh's beauty lifts the souls of its inhabitants. Loved it. Second, Webster's Land is ideally suited to walk to everywhere you'd want to go in a week. Third, Cafe Le Bleu straight across the road is a home of fine culinary art and great coffee. Fourth, the place itself is well appointed and beats the crap out of the more expensive local hotels.

Great package, highly recommended.

Cosy flat with excellent location

We had a lovely stay in this clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Its main asset is certainly its perfect location in the old town, near to the castle and the lively pubs of Grassmarket. Martin, the owner, is helpful and considerate (we appreciated his treats and message on our arrival). We didn't see him but knew we could easily get in touch with him should we have any questions or requests. Booking was quick and efficient, and the keys reached us (abroad) safely and in due time!

Location was great...very spartan conditions

Never received the keys prior to leaving the U.S. The location was great...walking distance to Grassmarket. However the apartment left much to be desired. The furniture was very inadequate and rundown...especially the couch. No where to put luggage and very little room to hang clothes. Garbage containers in entrance to building were overflowing and garbage everywhere. Several light bulbs were out asked to have them replaced...brought the wrong ones. I would not recommend this property to others

Owner's Response: Thanks for taking that time to send us your feedback so that we can remedy any problems, and we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the apartment. Since you didn't have the keys in hand ahead of your arrival, we made an alternative arrangement to meet you on arrival. The large communal garbage containers are emptied 2-3 times per week by the council and we have asked the factors at Webster's Land to request that these are emptied more regularly when needed. We have checked the light bulbs to ensure that all are working. Best regards, Martin

Great flat, clean and convienent! Very Happy

Great value. We compared hotels for the surrounding area and upon staying here, we know we made the right choice! Clean, convenient and safe. Very centrally located to a great part of town. I would highly recommend this flat and would definitely rent this property again next time! Martin was great with sending all the info before arrival so that we were prepared.

This apartment is situated in an ideal location, right in the heart of the city, overlooked by Edinburgh Castle. The apartment is in a small secure courtyard setting just off the famous Grassmarket area with its continental influence of cafes, bars and restaurants. Just a short walk will take you to the Royal Mile and the world-famous Princes Street. There are so many attractions in Edinburgh City Centre, they are too numerous to mention, but one thing is for sure, they'll be on your doorstep!
