This lovely villa is located in the beautiful village of Llafranc – one of the most sort after locations on the Costa Brava. The villa is very pleasantly furnished with the owners taking care in the detail and comfort of the property – it is very much a home from home! The attractive pool area is enhanced by a second kitchen (complete with dishwasher and fridge) and sheltered dining area, this plus a shower room (with WC) makes it a perfect place to pass long sunny days by the pool. Alternatively the stunningly attractive beach, and port, with its various restaurants and shops is a short (downhill) walk of approx. 10min walk (15mins back). The other well known, if slightly larger town, of Calella is just a short distance away, the two are joined together by the beachfront walkway, and offers a larger choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

This property has been extensively remodelled in 2016 and now offers some of the best accommodation on the Costa Brava. The villa is built over three levels and offers bright spacious accommodation to a very high standard.

Entrance hall leading down a few stairs to the attractive, bright and spacious sitting room with large covered balcony, with table and chairs plus loungers, overlooking the private garden and pool, sea views, TV with DVD, WIFI, guest toilet and study area. There are two staircases leading from this area, one to the kitchen and the other to the bedroom area. The stunning Italian kitchen and dining area are finished to a high specification including American style fridge, flex induction hob, moving (up and down) extractor, dishwasher, oven and microwave, washing machine and dryer. The dining area opens to the large terrace (with electric awning) which in turn leads to the garden and pool. The bedroom area has four bedrooms and three bathrooms divided as follows: the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, further double bedroom shares a shower room with a twin bedded room, and the fourth bedroom has an "off set" bunk bed set with en suite shower room and doors leading to the garden and pool. All windows have electric shutters.

Outside – large kidney shaped pool with decking surround, and built in benches, summer kitchen with dishwasher, 2 ring hob, fridge freezer and covered dining area. Shower room with WC.

There is also Central heating and the property is also suitable for Spring and Winter occupation.

Perfect family holiday!

Great house with a magnificent pool!

We appreciated a lot the wonderful flowers in the garden and the very, very clean inside and outside of the house! Also the distance to the beach is reasonable. In the house you really can find any thing you need to spend a perfect holiday .. Books, dvds (only little thing that was a bit "negative" the size of the tiny tv in the living room.... But with the marvelous view from the living room there is no need to watch tv anyhow :-) ), ...,Dishwasher, dryer washing machine the kitchen and the house overall was extremely good equipped!!! Wonderful idea with the second kitchen directly at the pool! From the terrace you even have sea view.. I am glad to say that we have spend the Perfect family holiday and would love to to come back next year!
