This town house is brand new for 2008, and is situated in the up and coming Parque Natural area of Corralejo. The property benefits from a shared pool and stunning views from the private roof terrace. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 being en-suite, kitchen and large lounge/dining area.

Sea Activities: For the more adventurous, the harbour area is home to lots of water based activities like snorkelling, scuba diving and deep sea fishing. You can take a glass bottomed boat to the nearby island of Los Lobos and enjoy a day of sea and sand in this area of natural beauty. Or if you fancy venturing further afield then take the ferry over to Lanzarote. Ferries sail at regular intervals throughout the day and this neighbouring island is just 20 minutes away.

Why Bill Loucks chose La Oliva

We decided to buy this house, as you are almost guaranteed the wonderful weather. It is slightly out of the main town Corralejo, which is great, as it is so quiet. We love to BBQ in the evenings and sit either on the roof terrace, or the front/back garden. There is a fantastic supermarket within 5 minutes walk. It is also close to the stunning beaches, which consist of miles of beautiful coastline, and the amazing sand dunes which are situated across from the beach in the Parc Natural (great for Dune Buggy racing). There are lots of places to eat in town, a couple of favourites are Marquesina at the back of the old town square, just next to the man made beach, and also Waikiki which is off the main road through into town. There are lots of bars/restaurants in the old town square, where you can often find fire breathers and live acts performing. There is so much to do from golfing, to deep sea fishing, shopping to sunbathing, a visit to the Water Park or the Zoo. The Island is famous for its water sports, so windsurfing, boogy boarding and kitesurfing are extremely popular. You can easily pick up lessons on the beach at the Surf School. When we visit, which we do every year, we love it! Everyone is extremely helpful, kind and great fun. If you do decide to stay at our home, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. What makes this house unique

Very peaceful, so always a good nights sleep. Child friendly with a secure back garden and gated front. Cotton bedding and comfy pillows. The house is very well equipt with us using it ourselves, plenty of cooking utensils, pots pans etc. Very close to the communal pool, which is very large, so great for a good swim. Most properties have black pecan in the gardens. We have had the garden astro turfed for comfort and to make it more appealing. Lots of DVD's to keep you occupied. Hair driers and straightners at the property, there are also beach towels for your use. Under the stairs are a number of inflatable toys, buckets & spades, bats and ball's and even some fishing rods! Enjoy :)

We have been back a week now and it has gone too quickly!!



We were so pleased with your lovely holiday home and felt very much at home and comfortable. It was a little further out than we initially thought but with the car no problem!



Alan looked after the garden and the upstairs terrace using the hose pipe (just like he was at home)

Chris was very good when we had to ask advice and was very prompt.



Thankyou for sharing your property with us and you have another very satisfied Family who had a lovely holiday there.

Fantastic

Well we have just returned from another fantastic stay in this very well equipped and beautifully kept house - the house is in a great spot, beautiful views over the natural park and mountains. Wether you just want to chill in the garden or roof terrace -too cooking up a feast this house offers it all. With three spacious bedrooms a good sized kitchen, lounge and dining area. The house is only a short walk to town, where you will find plenty of beaches, bars and fabulous restaurants - every time we come here and this was our 7th visit we feel very at home thank you once again for a great stay - we will be back again soon

Walking Holiday

Hi Bill & Jane, Thank you so much for letting us stay once again in your holiday home, having now stayed here for a total of 12 months. We enjoy the morning walks and hit the sunbeds in the afternoon. We no longer hire a car but hop on a bus to visit Ell-Cotillo or Jandia. In the evenings we walk to town to have a meal in one of our favourite restaurants, taxi home!. Missing it already. Pam & Kev, Pembs.

Anniversary Hols

What a wonderful 10 days we had in our first experience of Feurteventura. The property was well equipped and felt home from home. We had some lovely BBQ's at night. The rooms were spacious and would easily accommodate 6 people. It was clean and tidy and very comfortable The large pool and surrounding pool areas were exceptional. Although it was too hot to use the roof terrace by day it was a lovely place to chill out at night as was the garden. Chris, the Property Manager, was very helpful with information of the area and also was able to supply transfers.Will definitely go again, already looking at dates for next year. Thanks Bill

All ready excited about our return.

Dear Bill & Family,

Many thanks for letting us stay once again in your beautiful holiday home, having now spent a total of 6 months in it. Our favourite place is still the dawn to dusk sun terrace and love the new addition of the Wi-Fi, we were able to stream British TV through our lap top and using our i-pad read all the uk papers plus Skype the all the family and grandchildren.

Already excited about our next visit.

Holiday with friends

What a fabulous place to stay, the house has everything that you could need on holiday, it in a quiet position yet close enough to Corralejo. There are plenty of good places to eat locally, however if you fancy a night in then the cooking facilities are very good at the house, this was my third visit to the house and I will definitely be back. Thank for a great time again.

Girlie Holiday!

What a great place and location! Just out of town, so quiet and relaxing, great to sit on the roof terrace and read a book, or chill out in the back garden with a glass of something chilled. The property itself is immaculate, and really well equipped. We found it great for cooking and eating in. Only 10 mins walk to some great little bars and eateries. We loved Caspers, deffo the best Mojito's on the island!!! Corrallejo is only 3 euros' in a taxi. We found an amazing cocktail lounge called The Reef Club, amazing place to watch the sunset. With everywhere being so close, it was ideal for all 6 of us to cram in as much as possible in our short trip. We will definitely be back.
