Condo is in a great location near amenities with a wonderful open layout overlooking the golf course. Nice back deck with great lagoon and golf views.

Master suite has king size bed, private bath and LCD TV to enjoy. Guest room has two double beds to sleep a total of eight people. Living room has fold out couch, Large LCD TV, dining area, open kitchen with granite counters, new cabinets and new appliances. Walk out to the covered porch and overlook the Port Royal Golf Course with lagoon views.

Location, walk to beach, world class amenities and enjoy golf and lagoon views. Community has swimming pool and tennis courts in Port Royal are within walking distance. Two wonderful spa and fitness centers are walking distance to the beach, day passes are avaiable to the Westin Resort Spa and Fitness Center. Spa Packages are available at the Westin Resort and the Marriott Spa right next door. Walk to several restaurants and bars located in the Westin Resort. GREAT location near luxury amenities.

Good location, poor service

We love the location of the units. Some are better than others. We drove all the way down to their office to pick up a piece of paper with the code on it. Something that could be easily emailed to save 45 min. We had problems with the cable. We finally got them working but needed a new cable wire for the main tv which was never dropped off after asking several times. The coffee pot was so usual and old we didn’t know how to use it so we used the small one. Nit pickying it seems, but the main complaint was the sarcastic Rental company. He wasn’t pleasant to talk to for just a few minor requests. The location is the best part about the unit.

Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to stores and restaurants!

The rental process was easy, and checking in only took a few minutes. Easiest check in I’ve ever been a part of.

My stay was less than desirable

When arriving to the office the agent wasn't there, we waited an additional 40 minutes for her to arrive just to give us a code that could have been emailed to me. After getting to the condo at just before check in, it was not ready, to no fault to the cleaning crew the prior tenants didn't leave till 3:30 pm, we were not able to get into our room until 5:30 making it impossible to pick my son up at the air port forcing me to get a $150 uber, then after looking at the inside it was nice, except for the spare bathroom there was black mold on the ceiling and the spare pillows has blood spots on them, totally unacceptable, since the island was fully booked up we had no choice but to stay. If I was asked to stay again I might as long as this place was ready for renters and my truck wasn't broken in to. On the positive it was a nice location and the layout was comfortable I don't feel this unit should be rented until these conditions are fixed.
