Rare single family home located just one house off the beach. This house features ocean views from the 2nd level along with an upper wet bar with a refrigerator and lower full kitchen. The two second floor bedrooms are masters and there is Air Conditioning throughout the house. The second level balcony has a retractable awning for the perfect ocean viewing experience. There is a large, rooftop deck with sweeping ocean views. A two car garage with washer/dryer inside is included.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car garage parking.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Splendid vacation

We went there for my parents 50th anniversary. This house is splendid. Location is amazing, although not on the first row facing the beach but it has a very nice view of the ocean. It was in a very clean condition when we checked in. Check in was a bit confusing since we needed to open the garage door first then the house door but other than than I’ll give it 5 stars. Owner/manager was very responsive too.

Annual Girls Trip

The house is in the perfect location for quick beach access; has plenty of room inside for larger gatherings; there's a small park directly across the street for the littles (which was awesome); it was clean upon arrival and, it has most of the basics needed in the kitchen. We all had a great time and would rent this same house again. A few things to be aware of: The bbq provided was basically out of propane and we had to finish cooking our meal in the oven as a result (recommend checking the propane tank immediately upon arrival so that rental mgmt can get there with a refill). The rooftop deck leaves a lot to be desired... feels barren with only a table and chairs around it and is not very inviting and the deck on the 2nd level is not big enough for more than 3 people...BUT the area outside the front door is large enough to set 6-8 beach chairs around to chill outside at night. I would definitely stay here again.
