Great bay for kids and all ages. Right next door to Guacalito de la Isla's world class golf course. This home is a hidden gem. Enjoy the ocean breezes and sunshine all year round while whale watching from the pool deck or monkey watching from the kitchen window. Just a few minutes drive to the sleepy fishing village of Gigante. Enjoy the sunset and fresh fish and lobster or charter a local fishing boat and haul in your own catch. Paddle boards, surf boards, and mountain bikes are available as well as airport pick-up and drop-off.

Difficult property for elderly people.

The access to the house and beach is difficult for elderly people because both are very steep. The access to the beach is not five minutes away especially when the closet point of entry is under repair. The T.V was not working. The condominium personnel were great and helped carry our belongings to the house.
