Villa Moliner is a lovely country house, just 3 kms from the beach of Llenaire in Puerto Pollensa and 5 kms from Pollensa and Alcudia, with its beautiful beaches and old towns

Set on the grounds, is a superb large swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area and roman steps, which is surrounded by a large lawn area and a beautiful mature garden. The garden offers lovely open views of the distant mountains.

The setting is ideal for families with children, a group of friends or just a family. A choice of various covered seated areas giving onto the garden, offer perfect ‘ al fresco’ dining along with late nights and lazy afternoons. There is even a gated pond where you may see the odd fish or even frog if you are lucky.

The house itself is spacious and has been carefully thought out, and is a perfect fusion of modern and rustic style, maintaining a great mallorcan feel to it however, with all the modern commodities and equipment.

The lower floor consists of a large living area, giving onto a reading/ studio area. Dining room for 8 which opens out onto a private patio with dining area and a built in barbecue. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area for 4 and one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Guest toilet.

The upper floor, accessed by a gated spiral staircase, you will find the master bedroom with panoramic views and full en suite bathroom with separate shower and bath. One twin bedroom, one L-shaped bedroom with 2 single beds and a full shared bathroom.

The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms.

We are very proud of our house and do our utmost best to please our guests so they can enjoy a fabulous family holiday.

This property it was from my grand father in law.receives it from his family and in the 2005 we have rebuild the House.

We have been in this area of Pollensa for a long time. My grand father it was the last millman from Pollensa that it means the name of moliner in mallorcan language

Set in the country lane of Almadrava , you are a 3,5 km from the sandy beaches of Puerto pollença and not more than ten minutes drive away to Pollença old town with its narrow streets full of emblematic buildings and a peaceful night atmosphere. At the same distance of the villa you'll find the cosmopolitan touristy resort of Alcudia.

Pto Pollença remains as a favourite destination for families and couples who that visit us year after year. Originally a fishing village, Puerto Pollença retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll, and the plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes, with the background of the nautical harbour views,

it seems part of this tradition.

Little further to the north you will find the most picturesque beaches and romantic Calas of the Mediterranean, Formentor, Sant Vicens.....

Golf: There are two fabulous public golf courses both within a 10 to 15 minute drive of the villa CLUB POLLENSA: Is a beautiful setting with nine holes of golf perfectly integrated into the local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia . Golf Pollensa opened in 1986 and underwent a complete renovation programme in 2000 bringing it up to the excellent standard it boasts today. The greens are maintained in perfect condition and there are two lakes, beautiful vegetation as well as olive and pine trees. The course also boasts a 5* restaurant and spa. Reservations may be made by calling. CLUB ALCANADA: Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr opened 2003. Typical Trent Jones features like 58 well placed green side and fairway bunkers, challenging greens with hidden breaks and difficult but fair tee shots make this course a must for golfers in Mallorca. At least as spectacular as the design is the location, views of the bay of Alcudia and beyond can be seen from nearly every hole. Club Alcanada is the only course in Mallorca that is right alongside the sea. You will find pure nature on this course with a variety of wild life and rare species of birds, especially in the early morning hours. Reservations may be required by calling. Excellent villa in quiet location

If you want your holiday villa to be smart, well equipped and set in extensive well -kept gardens, then this is the place for you. The house has a very large open plan lounge with dining room and well equipped kitchen. At the back of the villa is a shady patio with lemon tree and herb garden which is great for the barbecue meals. Outside, there is a large veranda with large dining table with views over the pool and garden. All the bedrooms were good size, but the master bedroom had amazing views of the countryside. Small negatives: the access to the villa is via winding small lanes which takes some getting used to and the pool was prone to wasps (although they were not aggressive and none of us got stung). The villa next door is more of a farm with dogs, chickens and a donkey so there were occasional farmyard noises, but this wasn't excessive and didn't cause a problem. A great holiday home for relaxing, bird watching and access to the Puerto Pollensa area (car essential)!

Beautiful spacious villa in rural location

Lots of nice things have already been said about this property and I agree with all of those. We had a lovely stay here in early April (Easter holiday), 8 of us in total: us two parents with our children and 4 grandparents. I'll focus on the minor points that people should be aware of when staying here. At this time of year the outside temperature was fluctuating from the low teens to over 20 deg C. We did not choose to have the heating on as this requires a generator to be run, the cost of which was rather high, so in the evenings the villa felt a little chilly. Although it is advertised as having a fireplace (and it does have a large and attractive one), there was a sign on it warning that it shouldn't be used. I had asked the villa manager prior to arrival if we could use it and was told we could. So we put up with the chill and just wore jumpers etc. Whilst there are 4 bathrooms, only 2 are ensuite: the master bedroom with the jacuzzi bath and the downstairs bedroom has one as well. There is also a separate bathroom upstairs shared between the other 2 rooms. Finally there is a 'pool bathroom' at the foot of the stairs near the front door which has a toilet, sink and shower for people using the pool. This didn't get used much in our stay as the pool (which is unheated) was really too cold to use most of the time. The pool does have a jacuzzi on the side of it which the kids enjoyed! The location is very rural and the view from the rooms goes out over fields and a stream adjacent to the Albufereta bird reserve. However there is a property directly behind the villa, which is not shown in the photos, and it has a donkey, dogs and cockerels... Unfortunately the dogs were often barking late at night and in the early morning, along with the cockerels crowing even before the sun was up and the occasional braying of the donkey. I appreciate these are the sounds of rural Majorca and many places have barking dogs but in such close proximity and at these hours it was quite irritating. However, this was probably the worst minor point and it didn't detract too much from our overall enjoyment. The villa has a few little extras which were nice to have: the pool table, a frog pond (though the frogs could also be quite noisy!), an outdoor BBQ area with orange trees (a lovely sun trap when it was windy), an electric piano, a fantastic reading area with many Spanish and English books, games and bongos! Finally the managers looked after us well.

As regards the central heating, as we comunicated you at the moment of your reservation, in months like April, the heating is some weeks necessary and others not, so we like giving the guest the option to decide so that an unnecessary spending is not done. What concerns to the neighbour as we talked during your stay, we arrived to a commitment with him to arrange this problem, as his property is also a turistic holiday villa. Mallorca March

We have recently returned from a stay at Villa Moliner in March.

The villa is very nice, it has everything you need when away from home, it is of a high standard and all of the rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed a BBQ or two outside, with a choice of many eating areas.

The outside space of the villa is really nice, our 2 year old really enjoyed playing in the large garden and whilst we didn't use the pool it looked very nice...

The villa is well set up for young ones and it really helped having a cot & high chair & extra toys! supplied by the villa.

The owners were very helpful throughout and we would not only like to recommend staying here, we will also be back for another stay hopefully in the future.

The Villa is quite well located, easy access to the beach or Alcudia, Pollenca & Puerto Pollenca, a car is recommended for ease of access though.

BEAUTIFUL villa gardens and owners.

this is such a lovely place to be with family /friends

the owners Mathew and Joana are delightful and very kind people .

they made sure everything we asked for was supplied.

we are family of 8 (2babies) and the villa was great for all of us to have our own space

the location is simply stunning and easy to visit PUERTO POLELNSA POLENZA ALCUDIA AND CALA ST. VICENTE .

will visit Villa Moliner again in the future

beautiful villa in quiet location

We spent a week in the villa, as a base for a group of seven, both cyclists and non cyclists, and found it perfect. The villa was spacious enough for us to spread out. We all used the pool and loved it. It looks particularly lovely at night with the coloured lights in the water.

The kitchen was well enough equipped for us to cook for us all every day, Some of our party who arrived early were met by Mateu who gave them a friendly welcome and helped them to leave their luggage even though the villa wasn't ready.

Everything was spotless by the time we arrived properly.

We loved the villa and hope to return!
