2 Bedroom House, Sleeps 6 On The Coast Of Costa Blanca

Our house is a two bedroom town house with an open plan living dinning area,American style kitchen with everything you will need. Utility room with washer and fridge freezer and clothes airer, ground floor WC. Upstairs are 2 ample sized bedrooms, the main bedroom balcony looks over the coastline all the way to Benidorm. Bathroom with shower and full size bath, WC and bidet. Each bedroom has its own private balcony . Please note we dont have WIFI or Air con in the house, there is 2 local bars on the complex & have free WIFI, We do have floor mounted fans for your use in the summer months and ceiling mounted fans plus a Terrace with a BBQ for hot summer nights , large table and six lounger chairs.

Close to El Campello, the views over the coast and across the mountains are stunning. The communal pool with lovely gardens is a great way to just relax or 5 min away is the beautiful beach of Campello, The local bars are a must, the menu is English and Spanish type food. From Paella to Burgers a great place to sample the local sangria. there is a nice Hotel complex (Pueblo Encantilado) that has bars and restaurant 5 mins walk. The tram station which runs between Alicante and Benidorm is a 20 minute walk away and a local bus service every 60 minutes to and from Campello and the tram station. A car is recommended.

There are Two Bars on the complex one is typically spanish and the other is a nice place for a meal and drink, The menu is very nice and good homely cooked food, there is also Games room with Pool Etc. and free WIFI. A taxi service is available to use from the bar.

There is a small supermarket on the urbanisation that has a butchers and vegetable counter, selling all the assentials needed. A Hairdressers has just opend a nice little restaraunt come bar has opened on the beach a 10 minute walk or two minute drive away.

We can arrange for shopping basket to be left for you (fresh produce etc)

We had a loverly stay at the Lemon tree, i must say the lemon now seems to be dead but apart from that the house is wonderful clean tidy and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Dave was wonderful in giving advise and lifts when needed.

Adequate and clean

2 Adults stayed for a week. The house is adequate for a short break but there are some improvements that could be made. Both the sofas need a thorough professional clean.The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work.There are no ceiling fans downstairs.There was no ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom.The 2 free standing fans that we carted up and downstairs each day were old and VERY noisy at night.When visiting in hot weather,fixed fans are essential and having previously lived in Spain for many years,we know them to be very cheap to buy and fit.The house was much cleaner than other rentals we have which was nice.I didn't use hob or oven but looked ok.The bar on the urbanization serves excellent food,friendly staff and the swimming pools are clean and in an attractive setting.Parking is right outside the house which was great and the urbanization is gated and secure.

Un séjour à la hauteur de sa promesse

Jeff nous a fourni tous les renseignements pour trouver la maison. Elle est située très au calme, et correspond parfaitement à la description du site internet. Les lits étaient prêts et la piscine n'attendait que nous. Jeff a mis à disposition un classeur qui regorge d'idées pour visiter les alentours. Ne pas hésiter aussi à pousser l'excursion dans la montagne en face car la vue est absolument sublime. Un séjour à recommander en famille, pour se reposer, pour profiter d'un coin très agréable en Espagne!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhig, gute Infrastrukt

Sauberes Ferienhaus, gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen mit guter Infrastruktur d.h.gut sortierter Supermarkt mit Fleisch, und Käsetheke sowie nette Bar mit Billard und leckeren Steaks. Pool leider noch nicht geöffnet, aber tolle Anlage. Nicht weit von El Campello mit schönen Strand und Villa Jojosa mit guten Stränden. Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Sehr netter Hausverwalter vor Ort. Gerne wieder.

Outstanding - beautiful views, safe complex

Really was the ideal holiday we wanted not like last year when we booked Majorca dreadful. it was clean & tidy good location in a safe complex with a big and small shared pool with shops and bar in complex. Beach down hill or even campello beach two minutes away which is just as nice on a night and if you are wanting a romantic meal for two try villa jiosa 5 minutes in a taxi or even benidorm for a good night out. Outstanding will be booking again next year!!! Thank you

Our house is 1 km from a small wonderful beach with a snack bar at the side and during the summer a beach bar that is open from 10am till 3am called Senses, the main beach is Campello 5 min by car, full of wonderful restaurants and bars, a fantastic marina, this is a typically Spanish town. Further afield the mountain towns of Altea and Guadalest 20 min drive. main city Alicante is 20 min drive or tram ride €1 from campello. Benidorm with all the usual attraction 15 min drive. wonderful mountain views and walks into the country side within easy reach. 30 min drive from Alicante airport approx 14 km, a local bus service runs every 60 min to the main town and the tram stop 4 min away, Trams through to Alicante - Benidorm - Denia- Moraiera.

Golf: There is a Wonderful Golf course at Bonalba, Club and buggy Hire is available, they have a special discounts available also nearby are the courses in Benidorm and Alicante.

Our house is furnished to a high standard with everything you will require to make your stay comfortable.
