A modern top floor spacious apartment suitable for Families, Golfers, Couples & Getaways. Situated in the small secure Mikonos Playa Complex block, boasting beach views from balcony.

It is very close to the beach & Marina, where you will find delightful dining opportunities.

The marble floored apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need for an extremely pleasant stay including all bed linen,bath towels,air con/heating, washing machine. Decorated tastefully, it has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need.

The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes & en-suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

The second bedroom also has 2 single beds & fitted wardrobes. There is also a second shower room.

Large lounge and dining area complete with Dining Table, TV, DVD player w/surround sound, CD player, Internet & large sofa.

The third floor balcony overlooks the pool & has beautiful views of the sea. Also included is secure underground parking & lift access.

A cot can also be arranged for a child up to the age of 2 years old - this will be at a cost of an additional 20 Euros (£20) per week stay.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Nigel and Rosie's apartment.It was very comfortable and well equipped and only a stone's throw from the Marina's restaurants and beach.

Alfred who meets and greets is very helpful and friendly and never far away should you need any info.

All in all a very enjoyable holiday and one which we hope we will be repeating soon.

Ideal Location

Nice clean apartment with a great little balcony which gets the sun all day and only two minutes walk from marina. Great communication with Rosie when booking and was met by Alfred who showed us around the apartment and gave a bit of advice on the area. We spent a lovely week there and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Great Location

The property is clean and nicely furnished with everything you need for a good holiday and Alfred was helpful as well so we were very happy, but the best thing about this apartment is the location, absolutely ideal being a 2 minute stroll into the marina with all it's bars and restaurants, and to top it off the balcony looks straight out at the sunrise in the morning which was a lovely experience. Thanks Rosie and Nigel and we hope to return.

From checking in to checking out our stay was perfect! Alfred met us promptly to show us the apartment. There is a lovely pool and sunbathing terrace on this small complex, 2 minutes walk to Puerto de la Duquesa with a huge variety of bars and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and the promenade. Location was perfect for us, we visited the mountain village of Casares, and the town of Estepona - the Sunday market is great ! Approx 1 hour from Malaga airport or 20 mins from Gibralter Airport. The apartment was clean, spacious with 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lovely lounge/dining room. We ate breakfast on the balcony with a great sea view - we will be back !!!!

Perfect Summer Location

Perfect for a family of four, very well appointed, extremely clean. The best view overlooking the bay. Would recommend this to anyone. We will definitely re book in the future. I have booked through Homeaway for many years and this is one of the best we have stayed in. Very helpful owners who made the whole stay and booking work very well.

Lovely apartment, ideally located-just great!

Great apartment, with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The pool is lovely and it is so close to the restaurants and the beach. The owners communicate quickly and the caretaker meets and greets you and helps with any queries you may have. Thank you for a lovely stay, this was our second stay in the apartment and we intend to go again!!

Absolutely perfect!

Booked this apartment for 2 couples and found it to be bigger than I imagined and very spacious. Location perfect for marina and surrounding bars/restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you need. Great communication from Rosie. Alfred the caretaker was very helpful. Very impressed and will definitely be looking to book again. Highly recommend .

With the beach on your doorstep, it also has the Duquesa port a short walk away, with many bars and restaurants to suit everyone. Next door to the quiet quaint Spanish town Sablinnas, a hidden gem of delightful fishing restaurants and Spanish tapas bars. Still a traditional fishing village, it is a short walk along the promenade. If Golf is your forte you are not short of choice with Duquesa Golf & Country Club, and Dona Julia Golf Course in close proximity. Gibraltar is a short drive away as is Malaga. A water park and safari park are within a 30 min drive away, so you will never be short of places to visit. If it is a relaxing break you are after, a golf retreat, or an action packed holiday, you will never be short of choices here.
