Situated on the pastoral valley of Strathmore, the four cottages and the House are equiped to a high standard, Egyptian cotton linen, high quality furniture, underfloor heating, power showers. Ideal for those who want to get away from it all whilst still be near good cafe/restaurants, shops and interesting places to visit.

Ideal for young children. We are dog lovers and they are very welcome in our cottages. We can advise on excellent walks from puppies to older dogs.

( two golf courses within 10 minutes), horse ride in the Angus Glen, visit Glamis castle, walk along the wonderful beach of Lunan Bay, eat at excellent sea food restaurants, experience Dr Haushka beauty treatment in one of the best beauty salon/hairdressing studio ( BLUE) in Dundee.

You can keep in touch with your office thanks to our free internet access.

In one word, we are in the business of hospitality and want you to have a holiday home for just a week end to a few weeks.

The view is stunning, the air is very clean and the is a special spiritual feel to the place.

The cottages are immaculate and most of all this is a dog(s) paradise and we welcome up to four dogs per cottages , more can be acceptable if you call us

Available Rentals

Notes

  • * Good house keeping deposit for one week £150, for three nights : £100 ( banked prior to arrival) and refunded within 7 days after satisfactory inspection. The house is strictly non smoking.
    You agree to keep the house clean and tidy and leave it in similar condition of cleanliness to when you arrived.
    Any additional cleaning of the property following your departure, beyond the normal amount reasonably required. may be charged as extra and deducted from your Good House Keeping Deposit.
    Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on soft furnishing and must not be left unattended in the house ( or outside).
    You can arrive after 16:00 on the start date of your holiday and you must vacate the property by 10:00am on your final day. In all case please let us know your approximate arrival time so that we can be there to welcome you. A mobile phone number would be useful.
  • Deposit and Balance are non refundable in the event of cancellation.
    The numbers in your party must never exceed the stated house capacity except by prior agreement.
    In order to secure a reservation you need to pay a deposit payment of 25% of the total rental. You can book by credit cards ( Except Dinners Club) via our secure server, cheque or bank transfers. We will confirm your reservation in writing. You are then responsible for the balance of the rental and the good house keeping deposit which are due no laterthan 8 weeks prior to you arrival.For reservation made within two weeks prior to arrival the rental must be paid by credit card. We do not charge extra for credit card payments unlike many of our competitors!

The Strathmore (The Great Glen) forms a wide valley between the southern Grampians and the Sidlaw Hills, extending from Perth in the southwest to Stoneheaven in the Northeast. Butcher, grocery shop, bakers are only 10 minutes away. Glamis castle is 15 minutes away. The Cateran trails and the Angus Glen are ideal for hillwalking. Perth is an excellent base for shopping. The sea is only 1/2 hour away with Lunan Bay beeing the most stunning beach in the area.

In one day you can visit the House of Dun with its great garden, enjoy sea food in a fishing village and a walk on Montrose beach.

Nearby there are many interesting Celtic stones to visit. We can arrange day trip itinerary, hill mountain guides, fishing and golfing day.

The is an excellent riding stable in Glen Isla for lessons and trekking.

We also have special arrangement with a great hair and beauty salon in Dundee for massages, Dr Haushka treatments, manucure etc.
