This homely villa gives a really warm welcoming feeling immediately on entering its grounds.

The accommodation comprises:-

3 good size bedrooms: 2 twins on the ground floor and a double en suite on the 1st floor, which has a large terrace overlooking the pool.

A comfortable lounge with patio doors leading out to the south-west facing pool area;

A separate dining area seating 6 which is stepped up from the lounge with the added feature of a cupola ceiling.

A well-equipped kitchen with everything you may need for a self-catering holiday.

A separate utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

1 family bathroom and 1 cloakroom on the ground floor and an en-suite shower room on the 1st floor.

A sitting area on the 1st floor landing, outside the bedroom, has been created with a sofa and TV for watching DVDs and playing the PlayStation 3 Console. A door leads out to a balcony from this area.

The grounds are gated and walled, making it safe for those with younger children. The garden is laid to lawn and lined with borders of flowers and shrubs. The swimming pool is kidney shaped measuring approximately 8m x 4m, with a depth of 1m at the shallow end, dropping to 2m at its deepest.

The pool and sunbathing area are immediately in front of the lounge in a south-west facing position enabling you to soak up the sun for most of the day. 8 sunbeds are supplied. In addition there is a roof top terrace with lovely views of the surrounding area and sea.

For the energetic amongst you there is an outdoor table tennis table.

The outside dining area and barbecue are next to the kitchen, making it easy when preparing and serving food. The stone table is fixed and shade is provided by way of large umbrellas. There is a covered parking space within the driveway.

The villa is located within walking distance of some beautiful beaches and coves. Castelo and Evaristo are the nearest at less than a 10 minute walk. Other beaches within the area include Gale, Sao Rafael, Coelha and Lourenço. Also within easy walking distance is a choice of excellent restaurants, a couple of bars, a mini-market and supermarket. Albufeira Marina and the Old Town are a short taxi ride.

If you want to be somewhere offering relative peace and quiet, near to beaches and restaurants but also to be within easy reach of Albufeira for something more lively when the mood takes you, then this is the ideal place. It is a great place for a family holiday.

Maid service is once a week. Towels and Linen are provided and are changed once a week. If you would like a more frequent maid service then this can be provided at a small additional cost. Beach towels are also provided.

Access to the villa on your day of arrival is normally 3.30 pm and on your day of departure you are asked to depart by 10.30 am. However we do try to accommodate our clients according to their flight times and if this is possible we will do so.

  • The double bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. It has patio doors opening out onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Both twin bedrooms are on the ground floor and share the main bathroom. The twin beds in one bedroom are designed to fit together to make a super king size bed if preferred. There is a sofa bed in the area outside the double bedroom which is suitable for children only. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Each bedroom has air conditioning.

A wonderful villa that caters for all your needs

From the moment I booked the villa to the minute we left, the service could not have been better, Tony or Jackie were always available to us for any matter (not that there were many) and I could not have been more impressed. The villa itself is lovely, the pool is great although getting in if you're not a great swimmer is a little difficult, nonetheless the week we spent there was brilliant and we fully enjoyed the stay. The recommendations from Jackie for restaurants were spot on and with great cooking and BBQ facilities on site and supermarkets very close eating in is also great.

All in all a great week.

Everything you needed for a relaxing hoilday.

The Villa is about 45mins from airport and Jaki and Toni organised airport transfer which cost £100 return. The villa is very clean and had all essentials and more that you need for a relaxing holiday. Jaki and Tony were very helpful from the day we booked, they supplied us with a excellent welcome pack which we were still using at the end of the week! The villa was in walking distance of 4 lovely beaches, the furthest away was about 20 min walk the closest was about 10mins (two route to this one, a rough track 10 mins or along a road which was a little longer) We didn't book a car and used a recommended taxi. We had a taxi into Vilamoura and Albufeira old town that cost about 40 euros for the return trip The taxi could accommodate 7 plus driver. This was a one week stay if we stayed for 2 weeks we would of hired a car for a week just to make life a little easier and to be able to venture further. I would definatley recommend this villa.

Have only given 4 star as some of the furniture a little shabby and could do with updating.

This is a lovely, lovely villa in a good location with a short walk to nearby sandy beaches. There is a good selection of restaurants and cafes that cater for all tastes and budgets. With really good internet access, a full size table tennis table and a wonderful pool my grandchildren had one of their best holidays. Shopping is easy with a mini market just around the corner and a Spar supermarket less than a ten minutes walk. The villa itself is fitted out and equipped to a high standard. There was nothing that we lacked. The owner was extremely helpful and was available nearby should information or help have been needed. She also left us a most generous 'welcome pack'. We shall look forward to returning to the Casa Rebecca.

Quiet Location, spacious villa, pool friendly.

Villa in a quiet secure and private location, lawned garden around the property, well maintained, easy access pool. Very close to some very good restaurants and local shop. The villa is very spacious with modern style kitchen with all facilities, spacious lounge and dining room, very good Wi-Fi.

Upstairs is a spacious double room ensuite, with walk in shower, walk in wardrobe and safe. Lovely balcony with sun beds, and its own private lounge area.

Downstairs has two twin bedrooms, both a good size, wardrobe space, which share a bathroom and separate toilet, more suitable for family.

Tony and Jackie were there to greet us and show us around, they were both very friendly and helpful during our stay, personal service their priority. They had laid on a handsome Food Welcome Pack which was so useful as on a Sunday the shop was closed, very much appreciated.

The only downside which did spoil our stay, was a very noisy pool pump which spoilt sunbathing, and kept switching on at night which hindered sleeping. Eventually turned off and replaced, but this didn't improve. The beds were very firm, and unfortunately for us, for the majority of the week it was very windy at night, consequently the window shutters and frames rattled a lot.

It should be noted that nearby they have started working on a building project so a lot of drilling and bagging went on during the weekdays.

Lots of lovely walks and beaches nearby, a car is useful as the supermarket is a good walk away. Ideal family villa.

100% Amazing

Everything from arrival to departure was truly fantastic thanks to Tony and Jackie. They had arranged transfers to and from the airport so, the moment we arrived in Portugal we had nothing to worry about. Tony and Jackie met us at the villa where they had a welcome pack waiting for us (basics for the fridge etc) along with a very nice floral arrangement and a bottle of champers.... for our honeymoon.

The villa itself is brilliant. Everything anyone could ask for is there, the setting is perfect and even though it was late October into November when we stayed we still made use of the pool most days.

Without question I would highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxed holiday in a pleasant area and wanting to stay in a villa then look no further than Casa Rebecca.. !00% Amazing

In the immediate area, there are some amazing beaches. Castelo and Evaristo, both picturesque sandy coves, are the closest, less than a 10 minute walk. A little further on and you will come to Coelha and São Rafael and in the opposite direction Lourenço and Galé. All are beautiful and sandy. Galé is a wonderful long flat expanse of sand safe for children and for the more energetic, you can walk from Galé to Armação da Pera along the beach, a distance of some 3 or 4 kilometres. It is also a great place to watch the breathtaking Algarvean sunsets. Additionally there are many smaller coves scattered along this part of the coast, some only accessible by foot. Most of the beaches have sun beds and there is a variety of water sports on offer at Galé and São Rafael.

There is a choice of excellent restaurants as well as some bars within easy walking distance and within a few minutes’ drive there is a wider selection of restaurants, ranging from traditional Portuguese to Chinese, Indian and Italian.

A local mini market is within a couple of minutes’ walk of the villa and about 10 minutes on foot is a larger well-stocked supermarket which has a bakery, a butcher, a fishmonger and a delicatessen. There are more good supermarkets within the area.

Larger supermarkets can be found in the centre of Albufeira or at 'Algarve Shopping' which is a shopping mall with a large supermarket, designer shops, gift shops, etc. Here you will also find an 8 screen cinema (many of the films are in English) and a food hall. This is about a 10 minute drive.

The Algarve is a great place for outdoor activity and there is plenty to choose from within easy reach including water sports at many of the local beaches, sailing, fishing and dolphin watching trips from the Marina which is only a short drive away, diving, horse riding, safari trips, quad biking, sightseeing trips, bird watching and more. Cycling is very popular in the Algarve and is a great place for this sport whether independently or with the various companies that offer biking trips. For walkers there are some beautiful cliff top walks and a long beach walk at Galé.

Golf courses are plentiful along the Algarve, the nearest being Salgados, which is a 5 minute drive. The 2 courses at Alcantarilha “Faldo Amendoeira” designed by Nick Faldo and “O’Connor Amendoeira” are about a 15 minute drive as are the 9 hole courses at Balaia and Pinecliffs. Others, such as the 5 award winning courses at Vilamoura and in the opposite direction Vale de Milho, Gramacho and Pinta (near Carvoeiro) are no more than a 30 minute drive.

For those who like to be pampered there are a number of excellent spas nearby.

The nearest water parks are AquaLand and Zoomarine which are about 15 minutes by car. Slide and Splash and Aquashowpark are both about 30 minutes. If you haven't got your own transport then the Park buses will collect you less than a minute's walk from the villa.

A car is not necessary for this location as beaches, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance, however the Algarve is a beautiful place and if you wish to explore a little then we recommend hiring a car even if just for part of your stay.

Taxis are reasonably priced and in addition to the municipal taxis there are private hire taxis who are familiar with the villa - these must be pre-booked. The bus stop for Albufeira and local beaches such as Galé (if you don't fancy walking) is only a minute's walk. This is also a stop for the “hop on hop off” bus which travels at regular intervals throughout the day from Salgados (west of Albufeira) to Sta Eulalia (east of Albufeira.

The Old Town of Albufeira is a short taxi ride, where there are beautiful beaches, a street market, tourist shops, an abundance of bars and restaurants and street entertainment during the summer months. Albufeira Marina which is a pleasant place to spend a few hours is also close by. There are some good restaurants and bars with comfortable seating on the decking bordering the water. All the water borne trips depart from the Marina and in the summer months there is quite often entertainment.
