PRIVATE OUTDOOR POOL is open from May 15 to September 30.

One of the kind property with Outdoor Pool, hot tub for 7 people, Volleyball court, soccer field in the heart of Poconos. Within 10 min to Kalahari water park, casino, outlet mall, Camelback ski area and Camel-Beach water park. Located in Emerald lakes community. Guests have full access to all amenities available within community: indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, restaurant, basketball courts, lakes and beaches. Short distance to the pool, tennis courts and the beach at the lake (half a mile to the beach).
Amenity wristbands fees:
1 day pass $20.00 per person.
3 days pass $30.00 per person.
7 days pass $50.00 per person.
Children 2 and under are free.
About the house:
On the main level: living room with real wood burning fireplace and 65" smart TV, dining area with 2 tables that seats up to 18 people, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor: 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. The game room with pool table, Ping pong, poker table and foosball located in the attached building. Above the game room are 3 other bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Please check on minimum nights required for summer season. They vary from 3-7 nights.

Great getaway with friends

We stayed here recently for a bachelorette party we had about 18 girls and we never felt crowded. There was so much space and everything matched the listing description. We did have a small issue with the water in the house but the owner was very quick to respond and the issue was resolved within a few hours. I would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to others with large parties.

Perfect getaway for a gathering of friends

It was my 40th birthday, we had about 21 people and it never felt crowded. Everything matched the listing and the host was great with communication. We would love to stay again and try out that pool.

Perfect setup!
