As much fun outside as it is inside, this newly styled cottage features breathtaking views of the water and your own provate dock for swimming, boating, and kayaing. The interiors feel tranquil and spa like with comfortable spots to sleet, sit and even soak, thanks to a bahtub. We also provide fishing rods and tackle so you can try your hand at catching dinner!
4 bedroom 2.5 bath Cottage w/ 2 Master Bedrooms over the water. This house is just perfect for family/friends and holiday gatherings and is Pet friendly. Enjoy kayaking (kayaks included), swimming, boating and even cannon balls off your own dock. Drinks and barbecuing all while watching the sunset over the water, what more do you need.

Perfect East Coast Cottage

Family of 6 stayed for the week. Perfect location- close to Boston, Newport, Providence and the Martha’s Vineyard Ferry. Cottage had everything you need to be comfortable both inside and out. Spectacular views from all rooms. Outdoor deck and pier provided for great sunsets, kayaking, swimming and family gathering. 5 stars!!!

Great place to stay

We stayed here for our son's wedding and this property is fantastic! The owner left us food and drinks, the views are gorgeous, we kayaked from the dock, enjoyed the sunsets, and the location was ideal. The cottage had everything we needed and more!

Hardly ever left!

Loved all the attention to detail. Beautiful, warm and welcoming. Would suggest putting ceiling fans in bedrooms and sunroom. Great response to any issues that occurred.

A very special place...

No detail was left unattended! We wanted to find a home that would give us a beautiful and inspirational change of scenery from our current work from home life... This was the place!!! We felt pampered with all of the “extra” touches, and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space and water view everyday! We look forward to coming back in the future!!
