The apartment THE NUMBER 44 has an area of 130 square meters, all decorated and furnished with impeccable taste and charm, all equipped with all the comforts that you need to enjoy your stay, where maximum 7 persons can comfortably sleep if they are of the same family, or friends traveling together prefering being together rather than divide in 2 apartments. We offer 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms, a third bed in the bedrooms if necessary, one sofa bed in the living room, a very well equiped kitchen opening on to a large private balcony with table and chairs for a summer dinner, air condition or heating, WiFi and satellite TV, washing machine, iron, as well as linens, towels free of charge, coffee, tea and sugar, shampoo and soap complementary as well.

This is a great apartment that we rent for maximum 7 persons of the same family or group of friends traveling together.

Outstanding property

lovely apartment, spacious, clean, with all needs catered for. Very peaceful and quiet with shops and restaurants very close by and only 15 minute walk to the Vatican.

Excellent, sparkling clean and very comfortable.

There were three of us and the apartment was spacious and quiet.We were met by Romula who gave us information on taxis and places to eat. The property is about 10 minutes bus ride to the Vatican. We used my taxi the rest of the time but make sure you are taken the most direct route!. The meter runs from when you make contact not from when you are picked up. Recommend you let Romula organise airport transfers. Slightly more expensive but worth it. The driver was charming and waited with us until Romula arrived. He also arrived early for pick up as he was concerned about traffic. We also arranged a walk with With Locals. Paolo, our guide took us to back street places we would not have visited ourselves. She was knowledgeable and funny,energetic and enthusiastic.

We really enjoyed with big room for our big family of 8 people. Well organised and very helpful people. Especially excellent aircondition at all room when we visited when weather was very hot. Value for money and near from city centre.

I am a young retiree who has decided to offer this new hospitality service to the many tourist who visit our city throughout the year. I leave in the same building , and I had bought this apartment for my children, but unfortunately they decided to make other choices so I totally refurbished the apartment ready to host with comfort and absolute privacy up to 7 persons.
