I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, now live in Greenville SC for the last 20 years. I have been involved with construction/contracting all my life. The warm sunny climate and balmy nights are great in Charleston SC.
Why they chose this property
I purchased this condo for vacation time away at the beach. Very easy access to downtown Charleston just 10 minute drive.
What makes this property unique
This condo has a very nice outside porch looking toward Atlantic Ocean where you can see the sea marsh and feel the ocean breeze in the air.
