This lovely bright modern apartment is located in one of the most sought-after positions of Puerto Pollensa opposite the marina. Close to the long wide child-friendly sandy beach area one side and on the other the start of the Pine Walk. Located on the fourth floor; this penthouse apartment enjoys panoramic views from the large balcony across the entire bay it is the perfect setting for that evening aperitif or morning coffee/breakfast. The marina is set directly in front of the apartment and offers some fantastic yachts and boats on show and the sandy beach and promenade are just to the right hand side. Perfect for people watching on an early evening before the heading out to enjoy the cuisine of one of the many superb restaurants close by.

There is lift access to the apartment which has a large lounge/dining area with designer modern furniture, flat screen television & DVD. Patio doors open onto the balcony which is furnished with table and chairs. The twin bedrooms and lounge have been recently fitted with modern air-conditioning units.

Close by is the Port square where you will find an array of eateries and pavement cafe bars for an extensive choice of cuisines to keep everyone happy.

There are plenty of activities located close by, from sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing, boat and fishing trips and excursions. Plenty to do to keep even the most active of families busy for their holiday. Cycling, walking or climbing is popular as the weather cools early and late on in the season which gives this resort an extended season and allows some bars and restaurants to remain open even during the winter months.

Great Apartment

Thanks for a super stay at your apartment. We could not have been in a better location or apartment for that matter. All was as described, very clean and great facilities.

We were met on arrival by Colin was very helpful and and informative about the area.

There were plenty of good restuarants in Puerto Pollensa and we particulary enjoyed getting a take away Paella from the Los Faroles restaurant and eating it on the terrace whilst watching the world go by over looking the marina.

The beach across the road is fantastic one of the best we have been to. There are no rowdy bars or night life here, they really have preserved a lovely feel about the whole place.

Would definitely recommend to families and couples.

appartment near harbour

we have just returned from two lovely weeks in this appartment. I would recommend it to anyone. the best bit was the lovely spacious terrace and the closeness to the beach. overlooking the harbour there was also a wonderful view of the bay. inside the appartment is spacious although the third bedroom is very small. the owner was very easy to contact if we needed anything and met us very late at night when we arrived. although there was a restuarant underneath the appartment we werent bothered by any noise. The position of the appartment is such that you are close to a beach that doesnt get too crowded by mallorca standards but also in easy walking distance of the restaurants on the pine walk and the town square which also has many restuarants.

Situated in the North of Mallorca, Puerta Pollensa is a popular family holiday destination. The beaches in this area are second to none. The historic market towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are less than a 10 min drive away and there are a plentiful supply of buses and taxis nearby should you not wish to drive. The local markets days on Sunday (Pollensa and Alcudia), Tuesday (Alcudia) and Wednesday (Puerta Pollensa).These towns also contain a fantastic collection of bars, restaurants and an array of shops featuring ceramics, art and crafts plus other local produce.The area surrounding Puerta Pollensa contains some of the most dramatic and amazing scenery to be found on the Island.The area is particular popular with cyclists, walkers & birdwatchers outside of the hot summer months. A little further north you can find one of the most picturesque beaches in the Med, the beach at Formentor(once used in the Bounty adverts) can be reached by a ferry that is across the road from the apartment

Notes:

  • Patio doors open onto the large terrace furnished with table and chairs. The twin / double bedrooms and lounge have been fitted with modern air-conditioning units. The third bedroom has bunk beds, this room does not have it´s own air conditioing unit, although it is just off the lounge /kitchen area, there is a unit in the lounge area. There are two apartments available, the first floor has a large terrace whereas the fourth has even better views with a long balcony. The fourth floor has just been refurbished (2012), the first floor was refurbished in 2010.
