This high quality ground floor apartment has a central location, a couple of minutes walk to the town & 10 minutes easy walk to beach & estuary. Perfect for couples wanting to explore the West Country any time of year. There is a range of activities close to the property, with train station just 500 meters away. Sunnydeck has a lovely decked area where you can relax and catch the sunshine. The large double bedroom has a king size bed with high quality mattress, plenty of storage space & flat screen digital TV. The comfy lounge has 2 & 3 seat settee, gas fire, flat screen digital TV, YouView box, DVD & stereo. Kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer & dishwasher. The shower room has shower cubical with electric shower, basin & toilet. Separate dining area with extending table. The apartment has central heating, fully controllable by the visitor. Linen & towels provided. Gas, heating, electric and Wi-Fi internet included. OFF ROAD PARKING, suitable for a MEDIUM SIZE CAR (eg.Golf estate)

Sunnydeck - For an excellent holiday in centre of Exmouth

Sunnydeck is in a perfect location in the centre of Exmouth, with invaluable parking (not easy to find in Exmouth!). All amenities, including shops, parks, beach, station easily walkable. The accomodation is spotless and very well equipped. Very welcoming, including a much appreciated Devon Cream Tea.

Lindsey and Stuart obviously take the role of Holiday Home Hosts very seriously. They cater for all your needs with excellent communication at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunnydeck and will definitely return. Thanks again, Dave and Sandra.

possibly need, has been provided in the property. Well situated for town centre and beach which is ideal. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay at sunnydeck

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at sunnydeck exmouth. The flat was beautifully clean throughout and has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday, they really have thought of everything. Everything we needed was in walking distance from the beach to shops and restaurants, sunnydeck is in a great location.we

Great apartment close to beach and town

We have just got home from a relaxing long weekend away at 'Sunnydeck'

The location is central, we parked our car when we arrived and never needed it again, we could walk to the beach, exmouth town centre, the swimming pool, the train & bus station so everything we needed was very close.

The apartment was home from home. Good communication with the owner, will be looking to book again!

The reason we chose Exmouth for our holiday home is the wonderful sandy beach, estuary and all the local amenities with the train only 5 minutes walk away. There is always plenty to see and do what ever the time of year. We chose this apartment because it is spacious but cosy, close to everything and has parking!

Exmouth lies at the mouth of the River Exe and has two miles of golden sands for you to explore. A nature reserve spreads across a large part of the estuary, and is home to many birds and other wildlife. It is also at the start of the Jurassic Coast Heritage Path, a coastal and cliff-top walk that takes you all the way to Lyme Regis. A short ferry ride will take you to Starcross and Dawlish where you can walk to Powderham Castle and waterside pubs.

The town centre has a wide variety of shops and an indoor market. There are a number of parks in and around the town. There are numerous sporting activities you can enjoy during your stay. Water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing, jet ski, wake boarding and water skiing to name a few!

Exmouth has a railway station, and a short ride will take you to the city of Exeter with its many attraction. Next to the station is Exmouth Sports Centre with two heated swimming pools and a variety of sports. The town also has a cinema.

We chose this apartment because it is spacious but still cosy. The decked area at the back is just perfect to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine and the sunshine. The location is ideal for beach, town and generally exploring. The train station is a five minute walk away making this ideal for visitors without a car. Free Wi-Fi is available at Sunnydeck.
