I am a person who wishes I could spend more time in Chatham at my home but the reality is I really can not. I totally enjoy my time on the Cape when I am there with friends and family and hope this property will work for you as well.

Cape Cod is a great place to vacation and Chatham is a terrific town to enjoy the overall experience.
This lovely North Chatham home is one you should consider. This charming, sunny and spacious, arts and crafts bungalow is completely renovated with hardwood floors throughout. The light and airy kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.....perfect for entertaining. A window-filled sunroom offers extra living space where you can relax, have your morning coffee,and enjoy the singing birds.
The attention to detail in decor and beautiful woodwork makes this home very special and warm. Linens are included as well as cable TV, Internet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.
Two outdoor decks allow you to appreciate the beautiful and spacious yard. The upstairs deck off the master bedroom even has peeks of the Chatham Harbor. This a perfect walking neighborhood, too. Take a quick stroll to Cotchpinicut and Scatteree Beaches less than a 10 minute walk away.
It's a great spot to begin your Cape Cod vacation memories in. Schedule today and plan to enjoy your stay.
