This one bed holiday apartment is ideally located in the centre of Estepona Port. It has a lovely side view of the sea and the harbour from the covered terrace. The good sized lounge is comfortable, clean, has air-conditioning and has been furnished with simple but comfortable modern furniture. The Kitchen is new and fully equipped with most things you will need during your vacation. The bathroom is also new. The bedroom has 2 single beds. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a door that leads out onto the covered terrace that is shared with the lounge. The terrace also has a sofa bed which can sleep two more people. All together this is a nice clean apartment with good furnishing which we like to recommend.

Seafront Estepona Port near shops and restaurants. This holiday apartment is located on the first floor in one of the four prominent blocks (called Puerto Paraiso) which run along the front of Estepona port. This location is one of the more quiet apartments in the port, as most of the noisy bars are far enough away not to be heard. Access to the urbanisation is via an electronic gate for both pedestrian and parking access. The Port is one of the main tourist destinations that people head for when taking a holiday in Estepona due to its close proximity to many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, beaches, coffee shops etc. For those with young children, the nearby beach of Playa del Cristo offers shallow water, small waves, a sandy beach, 2 beach restaurants and is a great place for children. Estepona town is easily walked to from the harbor along the wonderful promenade.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
