Overlooking Marina, walk to the beach and walk to fabulous restaurants
The condo is situated at the Santa Maria Resort at the south end of the island within walking distance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. 300m. from a golf course and across the road from the 7 miles of sandy beach.
The Santa Maria complex offers the largest swimming pool on the island, two hot tubs, three bar-b-q areas, mantatee viewing deck and boat marina (use of dock also available upon request). There are boat and pontoon hire facilities available at Fish Tail Marina adjacent to Santa Maria.
FMB is close to Sanibel Island and Naples. Locally there is Lovers Key State Park and it is also close to the large shopping malls of Miromar and Tanger Outlets. FMB is also only 30 minutes from South West Florida international Airport.
The condo has recently been upgraded with new bathrooms and wood flooring throughout. it is fully equipped with all bed linen, towels and beach and pool towels.
FMB is approximately 3 hours from Orlando theme parks and 2 1/2 hours from Tampa.

This was our first time with this rental unit. It was much larger than I thought it would be. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Marina view and location on the South End to family renting beachfront across the street. Ours was hands down the best unit. We gathered there for meals and NFL we will likely stay here again. Plus was the washer-dryer in the unit. Negative was horrible wi-fi connectivity if that is a concern for renters. It was no big deal for us. TriPower was great to work with. After-hours lock box is difficult to get into.
Beautiful condo, kind owner, great price!
We had stayed in these condos three times prior and loved the beautiful location, huge pool (with hot tub) and great prices. You just can't beat it!
It's an 18 hour drive from Indiana for us and we've attempted other closer locations but this is always our favorite and keeps us coming back. The owner we previously rented from sold their place so I was leery at first to try under a different owner but I found myself once again impressed. Steve answered my questions within the same day and helped us whenever needed. I have three small children and the big pool, constant manitee sightings and nearby shops and eateries kept them hopping and happy. We were also happy to meet the property manager. He's a positive soul who takes ownership of his building. All this to say we are incredibly thankful for this place and the people who provide it. We'll be back soon!
nice with a view
the place has great view of pool area and marina.the, folks that live there (owners)are alittle hard on renters but losen up after you are there a couple of weeks,(check you out)the town house is nice and quite. the living area is good size kitchen needs a little work ,master bed room like all rentals needs a matress,second bed room is small ,but second bathroom is very tight in shower area..place is very cluttered,but nice.would stay there again.. joe & diane pgh,pa...
We've just got back from a 4 week stay and had the most amazing time. This condo was perfect and very well equipped; it had everything you could need from towels to a pizza cutter! The view from the lanai was lovely, we saw manatees on a regular basis and we could see the pool which worked well for our 14 year old as he could see when his friends were down there! Fish Tale Marina is right next door where you can rent boats/kayaks and also go out on dolphin and sunset tours. The location was perfect too, it's at the quieter end of the island so it was a 5-6 mile drive into town but there's a trolley stop right outside the complex which costs only 50c and makes various stops up and down the island including Times Square. It only runs every 45 minutes though so you need to get your timings right! Santini Plaza is right next door which has various restaurant/bars and you can get the most amazing ice cream at "Truly Scrumptious". CVS is just along from there and a 7/11 across the road; Publix is a 2 mile drive. There's no direct beach access but we used one just along the road which was an open piece of land between two resorts but it clearly stated it was only to be used by Bay Beach owners/guests and no trespassing was allowed. We used it probably half a dozen times and weren't challenged but we did meet people who had been. If you don't want to chance this, you can walk down to the Wyndham Hotel which is only a 5-10 minute walk away, there's also a great restaurant when you get there called Pinchers. All in all this place is perfect and hopefully we will be returning next year.

We had the best vacation on fort myers beach. This condo was clean, spacious, & comfortable. It has a nice courtyard, easy parking, & new elevator. It was quiet and not spring break crazy. Perfect for our family of 4. We will stay here again. Loved seeing the manatees from the lanai & the pool is really nice. We used the BBQ area too. The location is great - across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and close to a nice plaza. The island trolley stop is right out front if you want to go to the busier part.
Beautiful Condo in a Stunning Marina location
We were very pleased with the condo. It is in the quieter South section of Ft Myers Beach which we really appreciated this being Spring Break week. The other end of the island was a madhouse so we avoided it for everything but picking up and dropping off keys. This lovely condo is in a secure building, is well equipped and well cared for. Loved that elevator too! We really enjoyed the view of the Marina. Several times we were able to spot the manatee from the room and walk on down to get a closer look. Amazing creatures. It was also very convenient having a small strip mall within walking distance with several good restaurants. As for the beach, there are no public access points near this condo. There is one labelled "Private Beach Access EBIA Members Only" though and the owner advised us that we could use that one. It is a couple hundred yards south of the condo. We actually only went to that beach once though. There is a very small strip of sand, then a "lagoon" and then another couple of hundred yards to walk to get out to the real beach on the gulf. There had also apparently been some beach erosion so vegetation prevented us from walking on up the beach for more than a few feet. See Google Maps to view the beach near the Santa Maria Harbour Resort. It is very obvious now that I've been there. We drove to Sanibel, Lover's Key State Park in Bonita Springs and Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach in North Naples the rest of the week. I have been to many state parks, but Delnor-Wiggins is the most beautiful and well equipped I have ever seen. This find alone was worth the trip. All in all, we very much enjoyed stay. The owner, Steve, and the rental company, Tripower, were a pleasure to work with throughout the process.
