The main floor offers a master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, DVD and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The roomy kitchen is well stocked, comes with full size appliances including a dishwasher and opens up to the dining and living rooms. Guests will be swept away by the cathedral ceilings. A gas fireplace and mounted flat screen add to the amenities offered in the common areas. A second bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom in the hallway complete the layout on the first level.

For privacy and added space, head upstairs where a third bedroom and loft are perched. The loft is furnished and makes a great nook for reading or relaxing. Bring your E-reader and devices as complimentary WIFI is provided. The bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and a flat screen TV.

The lower level boasts a finished family room with cozy furniture including a queen sofa sleeper and a large flat screen TV. A pool table and wet bar with mini fridge offer additional conveniences. For additional sleeping arrangements, there are also two additional bedrooms with yet another full bathroom to accommodate the occupants of the lower level without walking upstairs. One bedroom provides a king bed and TV while the other is furnished with a queen bed. A basement utility room with washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

The American Great Outdoors sits within view of the 9th tee box and is in very close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 14, Rates Based on 10 people over the age of 3.
