Have a wonderful Mammoth Lakes vacation by staying at Winterset. Winterset #18 is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, and loft condo. This home is located in an ideal area where year-round activities are easily accessible. You will find yourself nestled in town and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. During winter, the gree green line shuttle travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village. Parks, hiking and biking trails, and the Snowcreek Golf Course are enjoyable during the sunny seasons and only a short car ride away.

There is a 40" flat screen TV, DVD player, and high-speed internet offered for your entertainment. Light a fire in the fireplace to warm up after a day spent skiing or snowboarding. The whole family will fit on the large plush sectional while you relax and watch a movie. A washer and dryer are handily assembled in the unit. Slide open the balcony doors to let a breeze in. Step outside and grill up dinner on the BBQ.

The kitchen has a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, blender toaster, pots, pans and more. The dining table has seats for 8 and the breakfast bar has seats for 2.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, mounted TV, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and an attached bathroom. This bathroom also has a shower/tub combo. The last sleeping area is upstairs in the loft. Up here you will find a Twin over Queen bunk bed. 2 Queen air mattresses are available for 4 more guests. There is an additional full bathroom for guests to share.

Winterset offers 2 assigned outdoor parking spots. The communal pool and BBQ stations are only open during the summer while the hot tub and the sauna are open year round.

Under the COVID regulations, the spa will be open from 3PM to 10PM. Guests will be required to sign up for daily use on the sheet by the spa and will have 30 minutes to one family unit at a time. No more than 8 people are allowed. You must have a mask on and maintain 6-foot physical distancing. The condo complex common areas like the bathroom, showers, and sauna will be closed.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

Everything was great. My family and I really liked this property. It was a nice experience. We would have loved to be able to use the spa but unfortunately it was out of service, perhaps next time. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

Better Than Expected!

Overall, the Unit cleanliness was Good! The pics do not do it Justice! Especially the mint green walls, really not that bad in person though! LOL! The bedrooms have been upgraded to nice Firm Mahogany beds instead of the Pine in the pics that look like they're falling apart. No more carpet in the bathrooms either! Thank God! Surprisingly Cozy! Only gripe was that they didnt have smart TVS! Only 1 channel works in the bedrooms but all channels work in Living room. Wish I brought my firestick! Since we were inside more due to the storm! Kitchen could use an update but did satisfy our needs. Overall was almost perfect, priced right, and right in the middle of town! Walking distance to Grocery store also! If on the fence as I was, I'd say you won't be disappointed! We all enjoyed our stay!
