Located within a portered luxury apartment block with its own secure car parking within the Pimlico Conservation Area. A very short walk to Victoria Station with direct rail and underground links to Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Close to excellent restaurants, public houses, theatres, Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace yet within the village atmosphere of Pimlico. The Apartment has two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and is fully furnished to a high standard with Wi-fi internet and Sky TV. There is a porter, communal roof terrace and a secure basement car parking space if required. An extremely convenient location from which to explore London and sample the delights of some of the most exclusive enclaves of Belgravia and Chelsea.

The Property is just outside the London Congestion charge.

Bike Hire: There is a Barclays bike hire station within 100 yards which enables you to cycle throughout Central London and after registering you can cycle for up to 30 minutes for free and just leave the bike at another docking station, which are found at most places of tourist interest. Its a great and cost effective way of seeing London...and getting some exercise!

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in London staying in this apartment. It was spacious and clean with all the mod cons you would need. It is literally a stones throw from Victoria Station so you can hear the trains but only in the background, they don't disturb your sleep. It was possible to walk to a large number of sights from the apartment e.g. Buckingham Palace, Westminster, the London Eye, South Kensington and the West End but the tube is within easy reach. The only transport problem we had was that the Victoria line is closed on a weekend. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity too as well as takeaway chains. Would definitely recommend it to friends

Owner's Response: Normally the Victoria line would be open at weekends. Perhaps there were some engineering works? There is also the option of using one of the red london buses from Victoria bus station with adjoins the rail station which is often a better way to travel if you want to have a good look around from a higher vantage point.

Excellent stay

The Flat is located in a perfect site to explore London. Close to the Victoria station but remarkable very little if any train noise. The Flat was perfect for my family of five. My son slept on a cot which was fine. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen small but functional. Really no issues. Would stay here again on our next London visit. Thanks!

Ideal location to explore london

The house is ideally located next to Victoria station with tube access and lots of quick eats. Short walks to near by reastraunts and grocery stores. The unit was clean and convienent. Only minus was that the drain in the shower was very slow and caused the shower to fill up. managment seems to be aware of the issue and working it.

Very disappointing!

We found this flat to be rather shabby and not the cleanest. Second bedroom too small for the bed and dresser. It was very hot inside and one could not open the windows, as they opened directly onto the tracks of Victoria station. "Train to Guilford, now boarding!" The lift was broken the entire stay, so it was a 5 floor walk-up. We got a 50GBP credit for the inconvenience, but not worth it. Convenient Boots and grocery in the station, but otherwise, neighborhood had very little to recommend it.

Owner's Response: Disappointed to read your review particularly when this apartment is constantly booked by guests from all over the world! We make cleanliness a priority in all our properties and had immediately inspected the apartment to ensure our high standards were being met. Whilst the apartment we felt met these standards, we advised our housekeeper of this review and requested she give the apartment more time in future. We now check the apartment on a weekly basis and we are very happy with the standard of cleaning being done. Many guests chose this apartment exactly for its central and convenient location to Victoria station. The apartment does get hot in the summer and we provide an air-conditioning unit for this reason if guests do not want to open a window. This is explained in the property information pack. We advised all guests the lift was broken and offered full refunds or alternative accommodation if they felt this was going to be an issue as soon as we were advised. We felt the gesture of £50 was adequate under the circumstances. Suffice to say the lift is now fully working. The apartment is based in Pimlico, please see the review from ‘Time Out’ magazine on this vibrant and diverse area, full of quality eateries and bars. We thank you for your review and respect your comments.

Lots of room.

Very clean and roomy. Had to use the emergency plan to retrieve the key...thankful that was on the print out. Very close to Victoria station. Once you closed the two sets of windows the sound was mostly eliminated from the steets and train. Comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if traveling here again. Thank you so much.

A recommander

Appartement très confortable et parfaitement équipé à quelques pas de la gare victoria. L'ascenseur était en panne pendant notre visite mais nous avons été prévenu à l'avance et on nous a proposé un petit dédommagement ,ce qui est assez rare.

Un concierge en journée et la possibilité d'utiliser une grande terrasse commune et fleurie .

Les trains sont proches mais nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés pour dormir.

Les transports (nombreuses lignes de bus et de métros) tout proches sont un point positif.

Buckingham ,westminter ,belgravia ,...peuvent aussi se faire à pieds.

Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire.

En conclusion ,nous recommandons sans hésiter.
