About this property

Our classic and beautiful beach house is close to everything and it's very roomy! With views of the Pacific Ocean, you're steps away from the bucolic and serene Gearhart Dunes and beach.
With plenty of bedrooms and a large, open floor plan, we can accommodate you and your guests. Each room has its charm with plenty of storage. Classic bead board and large, picture windows mark its sunny style. Enjoy the deck and yard - after a day at the beach, come back and barbeque while you enjoy the ocean breezes, or cozy up to the beautiful river rock wood-burning fireplace. Soak in the clawfoot tub, cook in the beautiful cooks kitchen with friends or relax in the den, make a puzzle, play cards or bring work (if you must!) as the house has WiFi, cable, so you can keep in touch in this completely updated and charming historic home on 'Martini Hill'.
A five minute walk can take you to the noted Pacific Way Bakery, Sweet Shop and other shops. Even closer are the tennis & basketball courts and the historic Gearhart Golf Course and McMenamin's Sand Trap Restaurant. To get more action in, you're only a 5 minute drive from Seaside, 15 minutes to Cannon Beach to the south and just 15 minutes to historic Astoria to the north.

Beautiful Home

This home is spacious and beautiful. Many windows and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect as it is right on the path to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had grandparents, parents, big & little kids and everyone had a great time. The house is well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The shower is large and allows for a parent to easily clean the little kids! A perfect vacation spot!

Fabulous Little Gem!

Owners were great! The house was fantastic, very roomy, nice and extremely well maintained. Living room downstairs was spacious and they had lovely deck and yard. Will definitely be back!
