Located in the beautiful conservation village of Kenmore in Highland Perthshire in Scotland, the Old Police House is newly renovated with a glass fronted extension overlooking Loch Tay. Furnished in a luxurious and contemporary style with private hot tub outside, the house accommodates 10 adults very comfortably. The Old Police House benefits from an extensive decking area, with BBQ and garden furniture, and stunning views over the private enclosed garden and loch. The holiday house has a modern fully-equipped kitchen and an extremely spacious living and dining area, as well as games room to relax in during your holiday break.

The Old Police House is located within minutes' walk of a golf course in the grounds of Taymouth Castle and closer still to Loch Tay, where it is possible to fish, hire out boats and take part in a number of watersports.

There are numerous castles, whisky distilleries, visitor centres, bars and restaurants in our vicinity.

The Old Police House is in the perfect location for an unforgettable holiday for all ages!

Girly weekend away

I booked the Old Police House for my Sisters 40th birthday weekend away and we were not disappointed. Plenty of space for 10 people and the house was equipped with everything you need. The beds were extremely comfy and the hot tub was good fun even on a rainy day! The only thing we needed was another frying pan!

Kenmore is beautiful and we had fun exploring. We visited The Courtyard bar which is a 5/10 minute walk from the house. We had dinner at the Kenmore Hotel which is less than a minutes walk. The food was amazing! It is a little pricey but I was expecting that. Drinks are a bit more expensive too. Good atmosphere in the bar downstairs.

There's a post office with a spar 30 seconds from the house which was very handy.

I'll definitely be returning to the Old Police House and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Birthday trip

I booked this property for a group of 10 adults as a suprise for my husband's 50th! Absoloutley fabulous we all agreed. The house is lovely, clean, comfortable, lots of space and is equipped with everything you need. Ample parking, we had 5 motorbikes and 2 cars safely parked off-road. Great location for the motorbiking!

Views of the Loch from the outside decking and the windows, beautiful walks a truly stunning location. Would be more than happy to return.

Very quiet village, Kenmore hotel practically on the doorstep does nice meals and also The Courtyard around the corner.

Situated in the heart of Highland Perthshire in Scotland, Kenmore is a picturesque conservation village nestled on the shores of Loch Tay. The village is centrally located and can be reached within 2 hours from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Kenmore is set deep in the heart of Rob Roy country and there are many activities and attractions on the doorstep, such as watersports, boating, fishing, golf, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking, mountain climbing, nature trails, whisky distilleries, castles and much more.

The Old Police House is within a stone's throw of local bars and restaurants and Loch Tay. Close to the property is the Kenmore Hotel, reputedly the oldest inn in Scotland, and within minutes' of the house is the Courtyard bar and restaurant with a delicatessen next door. The renowned Ardeonaig Hotel is within driving distance of the house.
